View first amendment to budget 2024 and draft budget 2025 GGD
The GGD has sent the first budget amendment 2024 and the draft budget 2025. In doing so, the City Council is given the opportunity to express an opinion. It is proposed to the City Council not to submit an opinion against both documents.
The council proposal "Viewing first amendment 2024 budget and draft 2025 GGD budget" is submitted to the council for decision.
Extension of residency waiver Alderman Kok
Alderman Kok does not live in the municipality of Nuenen c.a. and therefore does not meet the residency requirement. The council granted exemption for a period of one year (until June 15, 2024). The dispensation can be extended for a maximum of one year each time. The council is requested to extend the dispensation.
The council proposal "Renewal of Waiver of Residency Requirement of Alderman Kok" is presented to the council for decision.
Views on draft budget 2025 VRBZO
Pursuant to the Joint Regulation Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost, the board is required to give the councils of the participating municipalities the opportunity to express their views on the draft budget.
The council proposal 'Views on draft budget 2025 Safety Region Brabant-Zuidoost' is submitted to the council for decision.
Decision on objection traffic decision Parallel Road
Objectors objected to the traffic decision on establishing a right of way at Parallelweg near Eeuw Driessestraat and De Spijkert in Nuenen.
The College adopts the opinion of the General Chamber of the Objections Committee.
The college decided to declare the objection of objector 2 inadmissible and the objection of objectors 1 and 3 admissible.
The objections regarding the consultation with the police chief are upheld; the remaining objections are dismissed as unfounded. The decision is upheld with adjustment of the grounds.
Annual documents 2023 municipality of Nuenen
The annual reports 2023 (annual report and financial statements) of the municipality of Nuenen are ready in draft form. The college will now approve them so that the auditor can begin the audit. After the auditor's audit, the final annual documents will return to the college at the end of May, including the auditor's report and council proposal, after which the documents will be published and sent to the council.
Answering written questions CDA - Monitoring Liveability
Written council questions were asked by the CDA regarding the RIB Monitoring and Livability.
The college agreed to answer the written questions and send this letter to the council.
Decision on complaint
Received complaint on December 3, 2023, which concerns the mayor's conduct regarding the operation of the Eeneind neighborhood council. The complaint concerns the lack of adequate supervision of the neighborhood council.
The College decided to declare the complaint admissible and, contrary to the opinion of the Complaints Committee, unfounded.
Procurement strategy construction/supervision/security crisis emergency shelter asylum seekers
The college entered into an agreement with CS & CO on January 26, 2024, to perform work related to the creation and operation of a temporary crisis emergency shelter in the courtyard of City Hall. Due to the urgency with which the crisis emergency shelter had to be initiated, the procurement strategy was not established in the preliminary process.
The college decided to adopt the procurement strategy construction/supervision/security crisis emergency shelter asylum seekers.
Renew contract with CS&CO for crisis emergency shelter
On December 21, 2023, the College decided to provide crisis emergency shelter for up to 50 asylum seekers in the courtyard of City Hall for three months. In this context, it was decided to commission CS&CO to carry out work consisting of the construction of a shelter for asylum seekers in the courtyard and to take care of maintenance and cleaning, (physical) security, overall coordination and catering for the shelter's meals. The contract expires on April 28, 2024.
The college agrees to extend the agreement with CS&CO from April 28, 2024 through July 27, 2024.
The college agreed to provide an opportunity for CS&CO to connect the power supply for the crisis emergency shelter to the power supply at City Hall. This will allow the diesel generator, which is quite noisy, to be removed
