Grant ceiling 2025 earmarked social housing reserve
Establishing a grant ceiling under the "Social Housing Grant Ordinance 2019" prevents an open-ended nature of the grant scheme. The proposed grant ceiling for the period October 14, 2025 to September 30, 2026 is €527,500, - and corresponds to the current free space of the earmarked reserve.

'A 10 for Youth' Joint Arrangement mandate.
The eleven colleges of the youth care region will decide in the coming period on the establishment of the Joint Arrangement A 10 for Youth. The aim is to have the procurement task performed by the GR from January 1, 2026. To this end, various decisions must be made and actions taken in the coming months.
The College decided to adopt the mandate, power of attorney and authorization decision for the purpose of establishing the public body Youth Region One 10 the Youth and the mandate decision Youth Region One 10 the Youth 2026.
Partner separation approach project 'Breaking up' subregion Dommelvallei+
Many children have to deal with their parents' divorce. While divorce is always stressful, the consequences of a complex divorce are great for children and sometimes require the use of youth services.
The college decided to introduce the integral and regional separation approach 'Going apart' together with the municipalities of Geldrop-Mierlo, Son en Breugel and Waalre. The college has agreed to the project proposal 'Going apart' and makes an amount of up to € 39,797.63 for 24 months available from the budget for preventive youth policy.
Raw materials plan 2026 -2035
The municipality of Nuenen is working on a new Raw Materials Plan that will guide future waste and raw materials policy. The new Raw Materials Plan will be presented to the municipal council at the end of 2026. In 2025 we will lay a substantive and strategic basis for this. We will conduct a survey and a pilot, analyze the current situation and translate future developments into policy choices. The council will be
according to the PDO model involved in the preparation of the Commodity Plan.
The college has decided to actively involve the council in the preparation of the Raw Materials Plan through the PDO model. The council will be informed of this through a council information letter.
Answering written questions CDA 'Application for Beethoven money'
On September 11, the CDA asked written questions about the application for Beethoven funds. A letter answers the written questions.

September circular municipal fund 2025
The Program Budget 2026 and multi-year estimate 2027-2029 has been sent to the council. It states that the September Circular Municipal Fund 2025 has not yet been processed. The budget is based on the May Circular 2025. The September Circular was published on September 17, 2025 and the financial consequences have been worked out. With the memo we inform the council about the financial consequences and how we still process them in the budget 2026-2029. Of course, the results of the September Circular will also have a place in the interim report autumn 2025.
The college agreed to the choices presented in the memo September Circular Municipal Fund 2025.
The college decided to forward the memo September Circular Municipal Fund 2025 and attached 1st Budget Amendment 2026 to the council as an afterthought to the Program Budget 2026 and multi-year estimate 2027-2029.
