Corner Street 41-43, the erection of an apartment building

There is an initiative for the construction of an apartment building at the location Hoekstraat 41-43 in Nederwetten. In the past, previous sketches/designs proved unsuitable for various reasons. The initiator has now submitted a plan for four apartments. The plan offers sufficient spatial characteristics to proceed with it.

The college has decided to grant its cooperation in principle to start a planning procedure for the addition, erection of four apartments at location Hoekstraat 41-43 in Nederwetten. For this purpose, prior to the environmental plan amendment, an anterior agreement and plan damage compensation agreement will be concluded with the applicant.
The college agreed to send a council information letter to the council.

Cooperation agreement regional cooperation mobility

The Eindhoven Metropolitan Region (MRE) asks municipalities to put the draft Collaboration Agreement Regional Mobility MRE 2024-2030 into procedure. This agreement includes (substantive) frameworks and working agreements to ensure better regional cooperation. Municipalities can submit views on the draft.

The college decided not to submit an opinion against the draft Cooperation Agreement Regional Mobility MRE 2024-2030.
The council proposal "Cooperation Agreement Regional Mobility MRE 2024-2030" will be submitted to the council for decision.

Project development Lyndakkers

Helpt Elkander owns a lot on the Lyndakkers on which there is a detached house, near the junction of the Wielewaallaan. Helpt Elkander wants to build ten social housing units here.

The college has decided to grant cooperation in principle for the start of a planning procedure for the construction of these ten ground-level single-family houses in the social sector on the corner of Lyndakkers 31/Wielewaallaan in Nuenen. Prior to the start of the planning procedure, an anterior agreement and plan compensation agreement will be concluded with Helpt Elkander.
The council will be informed of this request in principle via a council information letter.

Council proposal Regulation implementation and enforcement Environmental Law

The Omgevingswet will take effect on January 1, 2024. The Omgevingswet will replace the current Environmental Law (General Provisions) Act (Wabo). Therefore, an amendment of the ordinance regulating the quality of the licensing, supervision and enforcement tasks in the physical environment is necessary. In fact, this means that the current valid regulation called ''Brabantbrede Verordening kwaliteit Vergunningsverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving Omgevingsrecht'' will be repealed on the date that the Omgevingswet enters into force. At that time the new regulation will enter into force.

The council proposal "Regulation Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Law" is submitted to the council for decision.
