Council information letter Residential Deal Southeast Brabant

The Southeast Brabant region faces the task of adding at least 45,000 homes in the period 2022 to 2030. A gigantic task for which the state, the province of North Brabant, regional municipalities and housing corporations will make a joint effort. In the Woondeal Southeast Brabant agreements are made about everyone's role and contribution to this task. The agreements in the Woondeal are continuously monitored and updated and recalibrated annually.

The college has decided to agree to the Woondeal Southeast Brabant.
The council will be informed about the Woondeal via a council information letter.

Draft statement of no objections rebuilding house Lieshoutseweg 49

The owner of Lieshoutseweg 49 wants to replace the existing house with a house with a larger capacity. An environmental permit with extensive procedure has been requested for this. In order to grant the environmental permit, a declaration of no objections from the council is required.

Decision on complaint

On October 14, 2022, the college received a complaint regarding the college's conduct regarding the redevelopment Emma Street. It is alleged that incorrect information was provided by the college to the Spatial Quality Team (TRK) regarding the support from local residents of area Emma Street for an urban planning study (2019).

The College decided, in accordance with the advice of the Complaints Committee, to declare the complaint admissible and well-founded insofar as it concerns the failure to respond adequately to the error identified by the complainant in the TRK report dated June 14, 2022.
Since it has not been established that the College provided incorrect information to the TRK for a second time, the College has decided to declare the complaint otherwise unfounded.

Zoning plan Collseweg 47 - 47a at Nuenen

The initiator wishes to make it possible that the existing company residence may also be used for occupation by third parties. This is possible by planning to provide the company residence with a "civilian residence" designation.

The college approved the Draft zoning plan "Buitengebied, herziening Collseweg 47 - 47a" and to publish it as a draft zoning plan.

The college decided that no preliminary zoning plan would be put into procedure and that no exploitation plan would be required.

Council questions VVD on implementation of Omgevingswet

The VVD has submitted written questions about the implementation of the Omgevingswet.

The college decided to answer the written questions of the VVD by letter.

Purchasing strategy Adapting MFA D'n Heuvel in Gerwen

A procurement strategy has been prepared by BIZOB, on the procurement of the contract "Modifying MFA D'n Heuvel" in Gerwen. The procurement policy was adopted subject to the council's decision on the budget question.

The college decided to enter into a contracting agreement based on STABU specifications for the realization of the contract and to tender the contract using a multiple negotiated procedure.

The contract will be awarded on the basis of best value for money. Sustainability requirements will be included in the form of minimum requirements to make the building gasless and BENG.

Social return requirements are included in the form of 2%, the contract value is included in the form as a minimum requirement.

The college agreed to give the procurement team the mandates as named in agreement and approve the draft schedule as a basis.

The procurement strategy is labeled as confidential and not made public.

RIB Project team redevelopment of trailer sites

A project team has been established for the purpose of redeveloping the caravan sites. To fulfill the active information obligation, the college would like to inform the council about the approach and composition of this project team.
