Additional Tasks for the GR Youth Region: A 10 for Youth Health School Hours

In June 2025, the municipal executive decided to launch a procurement process to ensure the provision of Health School Hours.” This Health procured across the 21 municipalities of Southeast Brabant. It involves collective funding for Health programs Health schools for special (elementary) education and special secondary education. Due to the establishment of the joint arrangement (GR) “Jeugdregio Een 10 voor de Jeugd,” it is necessary to assign these procurement tasks to the GR as an additional responsibility.

The municipal executive has decided to enter into the Health School Hours” supplementary task agreement with the GR Youth Region “A 10 for Youth.”

Regional Recommendation for the Maasbracht–Eindhoven 380 kV Grid Expansion

To alleviate grid congestion, work is underway to expand the transmission lines for both the 380 kV and 150 kV high-voltage systems. Both route studies affect the municipality of Nuenen. The province of North Brabant has drafted a letter for the Provincial Council.

The municipal executive has decided to forward the letter from the province of North Brabant to the city council.

IBT Oversight Assessment: 2025–2026 Archives and Information Management Improvement Plan

On January 15, 2026, the Dommelvallei Agency received the Province’s oversight assessment from IBT regarding the 2025–2026 Improvement Plan for Records and Information Management of the Dommelvallei Agency and the Dommelvallei municipalities. The municipalities received this on January 29, 2026. The oversight assessment was “partially satisfactory” for all parties.

The council has taken note of the Intergovernmental Oversight (IBT) assessment by the Province regarding the 2025–2026 Archives and Information Management Improvement Plan of the Dommelvallei Agency and the municipalities, as well as the IBT investigation report on the inventory of archival records.

The Executive Board has decided to adopt the updated 2025–2026 improvement plan. The City Council will be informed of this decision via a Council Information Letter.

Decision on the Appeal Regarding the Woo Request

On January 6, 2026, a Woo request was submitted. The request concerns the disclosure of information regarding “the follow-up and communication surrounding a

“asbestos situation for the period from October 10, 2025, through January 6, 2026.” The request was granted by decision of March 2, 2026. The objection concerns the insufficiently verifiable documentation of the search that was conducted.

In accordance with the recommendation of the Appeals Committee, the council has decided to declare the appeal admissible but unfounded and to uphold the decision of March 2, 2026, with additional reasoning.

Decision on the Appeal Regarding the Woo Request

On February 13, 2026, a Woo request was submitted. The request concerns the disclosure of information regarding “2018 and 2021 inspection reports on an asbestos situation.” By decision dated April 7, 2026, the request was granted. The objection centers on the insufficiently verifiable documentation of the search that was conducted.

In accordance with the recommendation of the Appeals Committee, the council has decided to declare the appeal admissible but unfounded and to uphold the decision of April 7, 2026, with additional reasoning.

Decision on the Appeal Regarding the Woo Request

On October 10, 2025, a Woo request was filed. The request concerns the disclosure of information regarding the follow-up and communication surrounding an asbestos situation during the period from May 22, 2024, through October 10, 2025. By decision of December 17, 2025, the request was granted. By decision dated April 8, 2026, the decision of December 17, 2025, was revoked and replaced by a new decision, pursuant to which additional documents were made public. The objection focuses on the insufficiently verifiable account of the search operation that was conducted.

In accordance with the recommendation of the Appeals Committee, the council has decided to declare the appeal admissible but unfounded and to uphold the decision of April 8, 2026, with additional reasoning.

Response to Written Inquiry Regarding Hygiene and Facilities at the Enode Recreational Lake

In accordance with Article 46 of the Rules of Procedure of the Municipality of Nuenen and Surrounding Areas, ONS Nuenen, Gerwen, and Nederwetten is submitting written questions to the Municipal Executive regarding hygiene and facilities at the Enode recreational lake.

The council has decided to respond to the written questions from ONS Nuenen, Gerwen, and Nederwetten in a letter.

Response to Written Questions Regarding Water Management and Infrastructure in Eeneind-Oost (Neighborhood-Wide)

Pursuant to Article 46 of the Rules of Procedure of the Municipality of Nuenen and Surrounding Areas, Combinatie Nuenen and Surrounding Areas and ONS Nuenen, Gerwen, and Nederwetten are submitting written questions to the Municipal Executive regarding water management and infrastructure in Eeneind-Oost (neighborhood-wide).

The municipal executive has decided to respond to the written questions from Combinatie Nuenen c.a. and ONS Nuenen, Gerwen, and Nederwetten in a letter.

Archive and Information Management Improvement Plan and KPI Report for IBT 2026

Each year, the improvement plan for records and information management is submitted to the province as part of the intergovernmental oversight (IBT) process. Every two years, the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) report must also be submitted as part of the information arrangement. Based on this information arrangement, the province assesses records and information management on a three-point scale: satisfactory/partially satisfactory/unsatisfactory.

The Executive Board has decided to adopt the 2025–2026 Archives and Information Management Improvement Plan and the April 2024–April 2026 KPI Report;

The council has approved the submission of the following documents to the

Intergovernmental Oversight (IBT):

* Updated Improvement Plan for Records and Information Management 2025–2026;

* KPI Report April 2024–2026;

* Report on the follow-up meeting with RHCe 2025;

* The executive board proposal, including the cover page, council information letter, and required attachments.
