Updating risk analyses of land operations with budget 2021

Risk analyses are being conducted around our land operations. The purpose of this is to gain insight into the possible risks resulting from the Corona crises and autonomously changed risks and the possible effect on the land exploitation. The full update of the land operations is not feasible at this time. Therefore, the college agrees to update the risk analyses of the land operations with the 2021 budget.

Implementation plan sustainability note 2020-2021

On December 12, 2019, the City Council adopted the 2019-2023 Sustainability Memorandum. In response to the Sustainability Memorandum, there was a need to concretize the tasks and measures listed in the memorandum. The implementation plan makes this more concrete. The college adopts the implementation plan Sustainability Note 2020-2021. The Council information letter is converted into a Commission memo.

Temporary rental Vinkenhofjes under the Empty Property Act

Helpt Elkander has made the decision to demolish the Vinkenhofjes in two years and develop new construction. The current tenants can obtain housing elsewhere with urgency. In the intervening period, vacant homes will be rented out temporarily to prevent vacancy and deterioration. Helpt Elkander has submitted an application for that temporary rental under the Empty Homes Act. The college decides to issue the permit for the temporary rental of vacant housing by Helpt Elkander.
