Decision on objection to environmental permit felling tree near Molvense Erven 63a
A notice of objection has been filed against the granted environmental permit for the felling of a tree near the plot Molvense Erven 63a in Nuenen. The objection was dealt with during a hearing of the objection committee.
The college has decided, accepting the advice of the objection committee, to declare the objection submitted well-founded and to revoke the environmental permit granted on July 28, 2022 for the felling of a tree near the Molvense Erven 63A and to refuse it instead. The objector and the permit holder will be informed by letter.
Operation Hostel
The Gasterij (common room of the Jo van Dijkhof) houses various clubs and associations and serves as a living room and meeting space for the residents of the Jo van Dijkhof and seniors from the immediate area. Helpt Elkander owns the accommodation. It wants to give the space to the municipality for no consideration under the condition that the municipality takes care of the operation. The college would like to organize an MFA function in Nuenen Zuid.
To fulfil this for the time being, a user agreement will be entered into with Helpt Elkander for the Gasterij. This will preserve the Gasterij as a meeting place for seniors in Nuenen South. The Gasterij will also provide accommodation for the clubs and associations now housed in the Goudvinkhof. The Goudvinkhof is part of the Vinkenhofjes, which will eventually be demolished to make way for new construction. The college has decided to include the additional costs in the 1st TURAP of 2023 and then structurally in the multi-year budget.
Monastery - scenario study construction
The tender for the renovation of 't Klooster did not lead to the desired result, as the bid was well above the available construction budget. To move forward with the project, a scenario study of the building plan was then conducted to determine how to resolve this issue.
The college decided to accept the scenario study for information and to adopt scenario 2 "Adjust concept" as the preferred scenario. The council proposal - scenario study 't Klooster - is submitted to the council for decision. The "recalibrated exploitation plan" - option for financial coverage is taken for notice.
