Adoption of Buitengebied zoning plan, amendment plan Zandstraat 29

The 'Zoning plan Buitengebied, wijzigingsplan Zandstraat 29' has been available for inspection as a draft. The submitted views have been answered and where necessary the zoning plan has been adjusted.

The college decided to adopt the "Buitengebied zoningsplan, wijzigingsplan Zandstraat 29" and the accompanying note of views.

Sports Welfare Foundation grant

In 2019, the municipality of Nuenen signed a declaration of intent to draw up a local sports agreement. This is completed in 2020 and for this the municipality of Nuenen will receive an implementation budget from the state for 3 years. In 2020, these funds have been made available to Stichting Sportief Welzijn.

The college decided to provide the Sporting Welfare Foundation with an amount of € 40,000.00 also in 2021, to implement the local sports agreement.

Decision on objection to decision to levy penalty payment

On July 9, 2021, a notice of objection was received to the June 2, 2021 decision imposing an order under penalty for the termination and cessation of unlicensed independent occupancy of a studio in business premises.

The College decided to declare the objection -in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee- admissible and unfounded and to uphold the contested decision of June 2, 2021 imposing the order for a penalty payment.

Objection to decision rejecting application for moving allowance

Objection to the August 12, 2021 decision denying the application for reimbursement of moving expenses under the Social Support Act.

The College has decided to declare the appeal against the contested decision admissible. The appeal against the contested decision is declared -in accordance with the advice of the committee- unfounded and the contested decision of August 12, 2021 is upheld with restoration of the motivation. The request for reimbursement of legal costs is denied.

Appointment of polling officials

The college decides on the appointment of members of the main and central polling stations and of polling officials for the municipal council elections.

The college approved the appointment of the members of the main and central polling stations for the period from December 10, 2021 to December 10, 2025.
Also, the college approved the resignation of the members of the main and central polling stations appointed through December 31, 2021.

Covenant monastery

On July 9, 2020, the council approved the transformation of The Monastery from gathering building to socio-cultural hub and made an investment amount available for its realization. The management and operation of the new Monastery will be outsourced to the Association to manage and operate The Monastery. The municipality as owner and the future tenant of the Monastery, the Association, lay down the mutual obligations and agreements in a covenant.

The college approved the covenant between the municipality of Nuenen c.a. and the Association to manage and operate The Monastery.

Adopt grant program 2022

The City Council adopted the budget and thus the grant ceilings for 2022.
The grant program is a derivative of that.

The college adopted the 2022 grant program and to send the decisions
-according to the grant program- to be sent to the applicants.

Grant ceiling "Social Housing Grant 2022"

Establishing a subsidy ceiling under the "Social Housing Subsidy Ordinance 2021" prevents an open-ended nature of the subsidy scheme. The proposed subsidy ceiling for the period January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2021 is €360,000 and is consistent with the current balance of the earmarked reserve.

The College decided to set the grant ceiling for the period January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 at €360,000.00.

Gunning Emma Street

A further step has been taken for the development of the Emmastraat housing site. On the basis of the purchasing strategy already adopted by the college, the procurement process has been completed. The procurement team, together with Bureau inkoop en aanbesteding zuidoost Brabant (Bizob), prepared an award recommendation.

The college decided, in accordance with the award recommendation of Bizob, to award the tender to the party with the best price-quality ratio and establishes the anterior purchase and planning compensation agreement with the awarded party.
Secrecy is imposed on the parties' award recommendation in accordance with article 55 paragraph 1 of the Municipal Law with reference to article 10 paragraph 2, under b, of the Open Government Act.

Zoning plan "Gulbergen estate, revision bicycle path Nuenen-Geldrop

Due to the change in the principles of the express bike path, the new alignment does not match the one included in the Gulbergen Estate 2018 zoning plan. A revision of the zoning plan is necessary for the new route.

The college approved the draft zoning plan 'Gulbergen Estate, revision bicycle path Nuenen-Geldrop'. It was decided that a preliminary zoning plan need not be made available for public inspection in accordance with the municipal public participation ordinance. The zoning plan 'Landgoed Gulbergen, revision bicycle path Nuenen-Geldrop' will be published as a draft.

Regulation support control corona access cards

Various organizations and entrepreneurs will be required to check for a coronal access ticket (CTB) from Sept. 22, 2021. The Cabinet has decided to provide budget through the security regions to support compliance with the coronal access proof checking requirement at locations where it is required. An arrangement has been made to distribute the Nuenen portion of this budget.

The college decided to adopt the Temporary Subsidy Scheme for Supporting Coronation Access Control Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten 2021.

Support package social and mental well-being and lifestyle

With coronagraphs lasting longer, the social and mental impact on people is also increasing. The cabinet has made funds available to provide additional support during this period and is asking municipalities to flesh out and implement this.

The college decided:

  • To allocate a sum of € 20,000.00 to the Stichting Fietsmaatjes Nuenen for the purchase of an additional duo-bike and a wheelchair bike.
  • To allocate a sum of € 5,000.00 to Stichting LEV groep to flesh out an activity site for the benefit of all social and publicly accessible activities organized in Nuenen.
  • devote an amount of €20,142.30 to the "Lissevoort public playground" project requesting additional attention to a facility for vulnerable residents.

Response to initiative proposal note higher building

The college has previously agreed to provide a committee memo to the November 30, 2021 Space Committee regarding the follow-up memo Higher Building. An initiative proposal was submitted by various parties on the City Council in November 2021 regarding the same issue. The college formally has 30 days to provide a response to the initiative proposal.

The college decided to adopt the proposed response (letter) to the initiative proposal. This response (letter) will be sent to council members as soon as possible.
