Participation in Culture Education with Quality 4 (CmK4)

Cultural education strengthens creativity, equal opportunities and continuous learning lines in education. Cultuure Education with Quality 4 (CmK4) is the sequel to CmK3, in which we as a municipality have participated in collaboration with the Kunstkwartier in previous years. With the 50/50 co-financing by the state and municipality, we invest in cultural education in Nuenen's elementary school. The contribution of the municipality is €18,971.85 and is structurally included in the budget.

The college decided to join the CmK3 scheme as a follow-up to the CmK4 scheme as well.

Social Housing Fund

The Social Public Housing Fund was formed in the past to encourage social public housing initiatives. The amount of the subsidy in the current Social Housing Subsidy Ordinance no longer aligns well with the subsidy amount established in the Land Prices and Operating Contributions Framework. In addition, there are insufficient resources in the fund to subsidize all of the planned social rental projects. The proposal is to adjust the subsidy ordinance and the Social Public Housing Fund and supplement them with resources from the "affordable housing" reserve.

For this purpose, the council proposal "Social Housing Fund and the Grant Ordinance Amendment" is submitted to the council for decision.

Annual documents 2024 municipality of Nuenen

The annual reports 2024 (annual report and financial statements) of the municipality of Nuenen are ready in draft form. The college will now approve them so that the auditor can begin the audit. After the auditor's audit, the final annual documents will return to the college at the end of May, including the auditor's report and council proposal, after which the documents will be published and sent to the council.

The college took note of the municipality's draft 2024 financial statements.
