Increase in one-time energy surcharge
The College decides to increase the one-time energy surcharge from €800 to €1300. This increase is in accordance with national guidelines. To implement this increase, the college adopts the policy rules for increasing energy surcharge. The college has also decided to make a subsequent payment of €500 to residents who have already received the energy surcharge of €800.
Zoning plan revision Enodedreef 8 - Room for Space
On November 10, 2020, the college approved the request in principle to start the zoning plan procedure for the realization of a space for space home on Enodedreef 8 in Nuenen. A preliminary zoning plan has now been made for this purpose. The college has approved the preliminary draft zoning plan "Buitengebied herziening Enodedreef 8, Ruimte voor Ruimte". The preliminary draft zoning plan will be made available for public inspection.
Advisory council, mandatory participation and delegation decision Omgevingswet
With the implementation of the Omgevingswet comes a different way of working together between council, college and resident. A council proposal has been made for working together differently for a number of processes. The proposal gives substance to the advisory role that the council will soon have in initiatives that deviate from the environmental plan, it provides insight into a choice whether or not to designate categories of activities for which participation will be mandatory, and it contains the delegation of a number of (practical) matters to the college. The council proposal will be submitted to the council for decision-making.
