PlatOO annual report 2022
PlatOO's 2022 annual report containing the financial statements is presented for consultation. If no reactions are received from the colleges of the municipalities in which PlatOO has schools, the annual report will be finalized.
The college decided to agree to the 2022 annual report and notify PlatOO accordingly.
Interim report spring 2023
As part of the planning and control cycle, interim reports are prepared twice a year. Thus, the council is informed about financial developments.
Thereby, it is proposed to amend the budget of the current fiscal year so that the budget is up-to-date. In addition, concise information is provided on the progress of major projects and the social domain.
The council proposal "Interim Report Spring 2023" is submitted to the council for decision-making.
Adjustment council proposal on renovation and expansion of the Hongerman
A proposal on the renovation and expansion of the Hongerman was submitted to the City Council for its meetings on June 8 and 15, 2023. In late May 2023, OMO announced that they were withdrawing the offer to contribute €1.3 million. The substantive reasoning for renovating the Hongerman remains in place. Now an additional credit of €3,524,989 is needed instead of €2,415,976.
The adjusted council proposal "Renovation and expansion the Hongerman" is submitted to the council for decision.
Draft zoning plan 'Kapperdoes revision 1'
The draft zoning plan "Kapperdoes, Revision 1" concerns a revision of the zoning plan "Kapperdoes" adopted in 2016. The revised plan allows for the construction of a total of 11 homes.
The college has decided that no environmental impact assessment is required for further planning of the zoning plan. The college also approved the draft zoning plan 'Kapperdoes, revision 1' and adopted the draft decision 'higher value' under the Noise Abatement Act zoning plan Kapperdoes, revision 1. The draft zoning plan 'Kapperdoes, revision 1' and the draft decision 'higher value' will be made available for public inspection for a period of 6 weeks.
Simultaneously with the publication of the draft zoning plan for public inspection, the publication 'preliminary notice' will also be published.
With regard to this plan it has been decided to refrain from public participation via a Uniform Public Preparation Procedure.
Annual report on land holdings 2022
Annually, the land operations are reviewed, partly as part of the financial statements.
The council proposal "Annual report on land exploitation 2022" is submitted to the council for decision-making.
The risk report attached to the annual report is subject to secrecy as referred to in article 87 of the Municipalities Act with reference to the provisions of article 5.1, first and second paragraph 2 under b of the Open Government Act (financial interest of the municipality).
Annual report and accounts 2022 municipality of Nuenen c.a.
In early April, the college approved the draft 2022 financial statements. The auditor audited these documents and the accompanying balance sheet file. After making some adjustments to the financial statements, the auditor issued an unqualified opinion.
The council proposal "Annual Report and Accounts 2022" will be submitted to the council for decision.
Annual report of appeals committee 2022
The Objections Advisory Committee of the Municipality of Nuenen prepares an annual report each year. In this annual report, the committee reports on its activities in 2022.
The committee also identifies developments regarding the handling of objections and complaints in the municipality and makes some recommendations for the future.
The college has taken note of the annual report of the Objections Committee for the year 2022. The annual report of the Objections Committee for the year 2022 is presented to the municipal council for information by means of the council information letter.
Council information letter project development Eeneind West
The development consortium was requested by letter of attorney to pay the interest up to 2019 by June 2, 2023. To date, no payment has been made. The council will be informed by means of a council information letter.
The college took note of the status of the recovery process interest to 2019 and agreed to the council information letter. The council information letter will be sent to the council.
