Decision on objection to environmental permit
An objection was filed against the environmental permit granted to split and convert a residential farmhouse. The objection was considered at a hearing of the Objections Committee. The committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded, that the decision be upheld and that the request for reimbursement of legal costs be rejected.
The College, adopting the advice of the Objections Committee, decided to declare the objection admissible and unfounded, to uphold the decision of April 6, 2023, and to reject the request for reimbursement of legal costs.
Decision on objection decision construction stop with penalty charge
On March 13, 2023, a notice of objection was received against the decision dated February 13, 2023, imposing a construction stop with an order under penalty for building a structure without the necessary environmental permit. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared admissible and unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.
The College, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, decided to declare the objection admissible and unfounded and to uphold the contested decision of February 13, 2023, imposing a construction stop with an order under penalty.
Zoning plan 'Nuenen-Noordwest, revision Johan Friso-straat unnumbered'
The draft zoning plan 'Nuenen-Noordwest, revision Johan Frisostraat ongenummerd' was available for inspection for a period of 6 weeks starting February 10, 2023. Within that period 1 view was submitted. In the attached note of views that view has been assessed. The conclusion of that assessment is that there is no reason to amend the draft zoning plan.
The college approved the memorandum of views zoning plan 'Nuenen-Noordwest, revision Johan Frisostraat ongenummerd'.
The council proposal and draft decision 'Nuenen-Noordwest, herziening Johan Frisostraat ongenummerd' will be submitted to the council for decision-making.
The submitter of the views against the draft zoning plan will be informed of this.
