Request in principle Mauritsgaarde 2
On Jan. 30, 2020, the college received a request in principle to split the Mauritsgaarde 2 lot.
The college has decided to grant cooperation to the request in principle for the division of the Mauritsgaarde 2 lot. The plan will not be submitted to the Spatial Quality Team.The applicant is requested to submit a written request to amend the zoning plan within six months. Prior to the zoning plan amendment, an antecedent and plan damage recovery agreement will be concluded with the applicant.
Superior agreement and permit to expand Vincentre
Van Gogh Vastgoed N.V. has submitted an application for an environmental permit for the expansion of Vincentre. The expansion does not fit within the current zoning plan. Via the 'kruimelgevallenregeling' (regular procedure with an off-plan deviation) cooperation can still be granted. A spatial substantiation has been submitted. Agreements have been made about costs and planning damage in an anterior planning damage recovery agreement.
The college agreed to the anterior agreement. The environmental permit will be granted with an out-of-plan variance after the anterior plan compensation agreement is signed by the parties.
Intention to revoke permit Station Road 6
Construction of a residence on Station Road 6 has been on hold for a very long time. The house under construction is causing a nuisance and a tarnished streetscape.
The college decided to proceed with proceedings to revoke the 2003 building permit.
Decision on objection IJsvogelhof 4
By letter dated December 30, 2020, an objection was filed against the decision of December 2, 2020, granting an environmental permit for the division of the house into three apartments at the location IJsvogelhof 4 in Nuenen.
In accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee dated May 14, 2021, the college decided to declare the objection admissible but unfounded, to maintain the contested decision unchanged and to reject the request for procedural costs.
Decision on objection Crested Meeshof 3
On January 12, 2021, a pro forma objection was filed against the environmental permit for the division of Kuifmeeshof 5 in Nuenen into 2 apartments. This objection was further substantiated with grounds on February 1, 2021.
In accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee dated July 12, 2021, the Board decided to declare the objection, further supplemented by letter dated February 1, 2021, admissible but unfounded, to maintain the contested decision unchanged and to reject the request for procedural costs.
Decision on objection City of Gerwen 3
On November 25, 2020, a notice of objection was filed against the refused environmental permit for the realization of an agricultural dwelling on the plot Stad van Gerwen 3b in Nuenen. In addition, on July 21, 2021, the Municipality of Nuenen was given notice of default for not deciding on the objection in time.
In accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee dated May 16, 2021, the College decided to declare the objection admissible but unfounded, to maintain the contested decision unchanged, to reject the request for procedural cost reimbursement and to adopt the decision on penalty payments as part of the notice of default.
