Energy cost allowance

The GL/PvdA group has submitted written questions to the college. The college must provide answers to the questions within 30 days. The questions relate to the energy surcharge, in the context of offsetting energy poverty.

The college agreed to answer the questions. They have since been sent and published on the council website.

KPI report and improvement plan archive and information management 2022

Every year, the College reports on archive and information management to the City Council and the Province. For the 3 Dommelvallei municipalities and Dommelvallei Service, one KPI report and one improvement plan for archive and information management have been drawn up. This shows that archive and information management is generally in order.

The college decided to adopt the KPI report and improvement plan archive and information management 2022.The city council will be informed by a council information letter and the documents will be sent to the Provincial Government of North Brabant.

Decision on objection application for temporary (legalize) environmental permit horse arena (incl. fence) and horse walker Soeterbeekseweg 13

A notice of objection has been filed against a temporary (legalize) environmental permit for a horse trough (incl. fence) and a horse walker. The Objections Committee recommends that this objection be upheld.

The college decided to declare the objection, in accordance with the advice of the committee for objections, well-founded.
The environmental permit will be revoked and refused and the requested legal costs of Goorts + Coppens advocaten will be reimbursed.
Objector will be informed by letter.
