Decision on objection Soeterbeekseweg 13

The college received a notice of objection against a decision not to take enforcement action against a horse trough and horse walker. The Objections Committee advised the college to declare the objection well-founded and still decide to take enforcement action. The college did not adopt the advice of the appeals committee. Therefore, the college does not proceed with enforcement.

Request in principle for development Park Street - Voirt

For the Parkstraat-Voirt development, a request in principle has been submitted for housing in combination with a supermarket. Because of the relationship with the updating of the Center Vision, it is important to align both developments spatially. With this agreement in principle we want to confirm that we are positive about this initiative and the process to come to the testing of the urban development framework for this location. The college decides to consider the request in principle in relation to the development of the center and agrees to the process agreements to come to an assessment of the spatial integration.
