Rates works for third parties 2024
To settle work that the municipality performs for third parties, it is important that the college sets rates for this. The college itself can make this decision because it is a private act. By choosing a determination basis, the rates can be easily and unambiguously redetermined annually.
The college adopted the following rates works for third parties 2024:
- Rate 1 administrative matters/outside service: hourly rate € 67.00 excluding VAT
- Rate 2 inside service: hourly rate € 78.00 excluding VAT
- Rate 3 indoor plus: hourly rate € 98.00 excluding VAT.
Application for start-up permit for geothermal exploration drilling
In order to Map the presence of geothermal heat in Dutch soil, the Raamdijk in Nuenen has been designated as a potential location for exploratory drilling. To issue a start-up permit, the Ministry of Economic Affairs asked the municipality of Nuenen for advice.
The college has decided to make use of this advisory right. The Ministry of Economic Affairs will be provided with the advice of the municipality of Nuenen by means of a letter.
In it the municipality asks to be kept informed of progress.
Written questions Combination - Flooding of Eindhoven - Helmond railroad tracks
In accordance with Article 50 of the Rules of Procedure of the Municipality of Nuenen c.a., the Combination is submitting written questions to the College of B&W. The questions relate to the pumping away of rainwater next to the railroad near the railroad crossing on the Collse Hoefdijk.
The college agreed to answer the Combination's written questions by letter.
Preparation Realization VKA Bundle Routes.
For the purpose of starting the realization of the project Preferred Alternative Bundle Routes (VKA), a preparation credit is necessary. The credit is intended for preparation (project organization, contract formation), supervision (tenders) and studies for the entire project and more specifically for cluster A.
The council proposal "Realization VKA Bundle Routes" is presented to the council for decision.
The college decided to take note of the project plan and development program for the benefit of cluster A and the entire VKA, respectively.
