Disbursement from emergency fund for furnishing trailer Kremersbos 19.

In March 2023, the Kremersbos 19 trailer was completely destroyed by fire. The residents are beyond all available provisions for compensation or allowance for replacement of their contents. Therefore, the college decides to grant a contribution from the emergency fund.

Energy surcharge 2023

The one-time energy surcharge 2023 is intended to partially compensate low-income households for high energy prices. The amount of this energy surcharge is €1,300.00. It is made available to households with an income up to 120 percent of the social assistance standard.

The college has decided to adopt the policy rules energy surcharge 2023 Nuenen and on the basis of these policy rules to automatically allocate and pay out the One-time energy surcharge 2023 in December to people known to us to be entitled to it. An application procedure will be opened in January 2024 for the group of entitled people who do not receive an automatic payment.

Management Letter 2023

The auditor issued the management letter following the November 2023 interim audit. The auditor's findings/opinions were provided with a management commentary.

The college decided to take note of the management letter and adopt the management commentary. The management letter including the management commentary will be presented to the Audit Committee.

Draft zoning plan 'Pastoor Aldenhuijsenstraat 7-9'

The draft zoning plan 'Pastoor Aldenhuijsenstraat 7-9' provides for the realization of 3 ground-level free-sector rental homes, an apartment complex for 8 free-sector rental apartments and a residential care complex for 33 social rental apartments for elderly people with dementia, including associated facilities such as communal living rooms at Pastoor Aldenhuijsenstraat 7-9.

The college agreed with the conclusion of the notification memorandum form-free EIA assessment Pastoor Aldenhuijsenstraat and decided that no environmental impact assessment is required for the further planning of the zoning plan.
The college also agreed to the draft zoning plan 'Pastoor Aldenhuijsenstraat 7-9' and waived public participation with regard to this plan through a Uniform Public Preparation procedure. The draft zoning plan 'Pastoor Aldenhuijsenstraat' will be made available for public inspection for a period of 6 weeks.
Simultaneously with the publication of the draft zoning plan for public inspection, the publication 'preliminary announcement' will also be announced.

Zoning plan revision rezoning agricultural business Nieuwe Dijk 1

The draft zoning plan revision Buitengebied Nieuwe Dijk 1" concerns a partial revision of the zoning plan Buitengebied adopted in 2018. This revision plan allows the rezoning of an agricultural business to a landscaping company and partial storage space for rental.

The college agreed with the conclusion in the 5.11 "EIA" of the explanatory statement and decided that no environmental impact assessment is required for the further planning of the zoning plan.
The college also approved the draft zoning plan "revision Buitengebied Nuenen, Nieuwe Dijk 1" and waived public participation with regard to this plan through a Uniform Public Preparation Procedure.
The draft zoning plan "revision Buitengebied Nuenen, Nieuwe Dijk 1" will be made available for public inspection for a period of 6 weeks.
Simultaneously with the publication of the draft zoning plan for public inspection, the "prior notice" publication will also be announced.

'Kerkakkers 2023', split two building lots for detached houses into three building lots

At the end of April 2023, the college approved the request in principle for splitting two building lots for detached houses on the Kerkakkers in Gerwen into three building lots. Before the necessary procedure of revising the zoning plan can be started by/on behalf of the initiator, it is customary for an anterior agreement to be drawn up. For the realization of the two building lots an anterior agreement has already been concluded, for the division into three lots an allonge to the agreement has therefore been drawn up. The initiator has agreed to the allonge. A draft zoning plan has also been drawn up: 'Kerkakkers 2023'.

The college approved and decided to enter into an allonge to the agreement and to make a business description thereof available for inspection. It was decided that the plan does not require an environmental impact assessment.
The college also approved the draft zoning plan "Kerkakkers 2023" and waived public participation with regard to this plan through a Uniform Public Preparation Procedure. The future P&R facility will be included in the explanation of the zoning plan. The draft zoning plan 'Kerkakkers 2023' will be made available for public inspection for a period of 6 weeks.
Simultaneously with the publication of the draft zoning plan for public inspection, the publication 'prior notice' will also be announced.
The draft decision 'higher value' as a result of the noise pollution caused by road traffic on the Smits van Oyenlaan will be made available for inspection.

Maintenance obligation retaining walls Tweevoren

In the Tweevoren neighborhood, there are significant height differences between the public area and the adjacent residential lots. These height differences are partially accommodated with retaining walls. Over the years, discussions have regularly arisen about the responsibilities regarding maintenance and management of the retaining walls.

The college ratified that the municipality is only responsible for the retaining walls in Tweevoren that were present when the Tweevoren neighborhood was completed (circa 1974).

Legionella work RKSV Nuenen to be classified as fire case

Legionnaires' disease has been detected several times at RKSV Nuenen. A previous improvement carried out by the municipality has not yet produced the desired result. Budget for financing the next (normally final) step is included in the second financial interim report.
Because of the health risks, work will be started ahead of the decision on the interim report in the council on December 14, 2023. This requires the college to designate the issue as a "fire matter."

The college decided to designate carrying out the work to prevent Legionella contamination as a fire case.
The college agreed to start the work at RKSV Nuenen in anticipation of the council's adoption of the second interim report 2023 on December 14, 2023.
The council will be informed of this during the judgment meeting on December 7, 2023.
