Decision in default of timely decision
On January 24, 2022, the College granted the requested environmental permit for the temporary legalization of the horse trough and horse walker. This decision was objected to by a third party. In the decision on objection, the college decided to still refuse the environmental permit. This decision on objection was appealed by the applicant. On November 10, 2023, the court subsequently set aside the decision on objection and ordered the college to make a new decision. The college issued a decision on objection on February 19, 2024. The applicant's agent put the college on notice because the decision should have been issued by January 16, 2024.
The college decides on the notice of default for failure to decide in time and determines that the applicant's authorized representative is entitled to payment of a penalty of €69.

Zoning plan "Revision Outside Area, New Dike 1 and 1b"
The draft zoning plan "revision Buitengebied, Nieuwe Dijk 1 and 1b" was available for public inspection for 6 weeks from December 21, 2023. No views were submitted within this period.
The council proposal zoning plan "Revising Outside Area New Dike 1 and 1b" is submitted to the council for decision.
Portfolio distribution as of Feb. 2, 2024
As of February 2, 2024, the municipality of Nuenen will have an acting mayor. As a result, the college has reconfirmed the current portfolio distribution.
The college decides to reconfirm the portfolio distribution with the following adjustments: - Education will be added to portfolio of Alderman Wouters; - Market and Fair will be added to portfolio of Alderman Van Stiphout; - Street names will be added to portfolio of Alderman Kok; - The portfolio of Alderman Löwik will be renamed to Sustainability, Social Real Estate and Mobility; - Animal welfare will be added to portfolio of Alderman Löwik; - The subject of Inclusiveness will be added to portfolio of Alderman Wouters; - The text "incl. (Circular official center)" may be dropped.

Zoning plan review "Beekstraat 48 Nuenen", expansion of manage Hooidonk
The initiator has submitted a request to expand the building area in order to realize a second riding hall. The Municipal Executive agreed to start the zoning plan procedure. The draft zoning plan has now been available for inspection for six weeks and no views have been submitted.
The council proposal zoning plan "Beekstraat 48 Nuenen" is submitted to the council for decision.
Changes in preschool and early childhood education
Pursuant to the Implementation regulation for toddler work and pre-school education Nuenen, the college grants the holder of a registered location a subsidy for the implementation of toddler work and pre-school education. The implementation regulation stipulates that an hourly rate for this is set annually by the college. As of January 1, 2022, it is mandatory that in addition to the current preschool education and preschool work offer, there is an additional commitment of a pedagogical employee for each target group child.
The college decided to adjust the hourly rate referred to in Article 8, paragraph 3 of the Implementation Regulation on Preschool Work and Early Childhood Education from €10.27 to €11.67 as of January 1, 2024 and to adopt the amended "Implementation Regulation on Preschool Work and Early Childhood Education."
Amended adoption of zoning plan "Nuenen Zuidoost, revision 1"
The present zoning plan revises the current zoning plan in force for Nuenen Zuid. The zoning plan has been available for inspection as a draft. Two views were submitted. The views have led to adjustments in the rules and the zoning map. Subsequently the zoning plan was again made available for inspection. Four views were submitted. Ex officio adjustments were also made. The college decided to submit the amended zoning plan "Nuenen Zuidoost, revision 1" to the council for decision-making.

Deploy preventive group offerings for youth within education or locally
In addition to implementing the Youth Act, the municipality is also responsible for preventive support for young people. We strive to prevent the use of indicated youth aid through more preventive group offers where possible. This concerns offerings at Nuenen's elementary school or local offerings for all youth (school-transcending). This offer is partly done through the regular subsidy to the LEV group. In addition, the CMD team leader can decide to deploy external offers.
The college decided to make €15,000 available for preventive group offerings charged to the preventive youth policy budget.
