Zoning plan Buitengebied, revision Collseweg 47 - 47a at Nuenen

The zoning plan Buitengebied, herziening Collseweg 47 - 47a has been available for inspection as a draft zoning plan. No views were submitted. The zoning plan can now be presented to the municipal council for adoption. The college has decided to approve the zoning plan Buitengebied, herziening Collseweg 47 - 47a. The council proposal 'Adoption zoning plan Buitengebied, revision is submitted to the council for decision-making.

Council information letter May circular municipal fund 2023

The Meicirculaire gemeentefonds 2023 has been published and its consequences for the municipality of Nuenen have been mapped out. It is not possible to process the May Circular in the 1st interim report. In order to inform the council as soon as possible, a council information letter has been prepared. The consequences for 2023 are on balance minor, these will be processed in the interim report autumn 2023. The consequences for 2024 and beyond will be processed in the budget 2024-2027 to be drawn up. The college decided to send the council information letter May Circular 2023 to the council.

Decision on objection Placement guidelines for underground containers

A notice of objection has been filed against the Placement Guidelines for Underground Containers. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared manifestly inadmissible, because a policy rule cannot be objected to. The college has decided, accepting the advice of the objections committee, to declare the objection manifestly inadmissible. The objectors will be informed of this by letter. 

Administrative agreement VKA Bundle routes

On May 30, the college expressed its intention to sign a management agreement for the provincial contribution for the realization of the preferred alternative Bundelroutes Nuenen. The council was given the opportunity to submit its wishes and objections. The Municipal Executive decided to take note of the wishes and objections submitted by the Municipal Council. These do not constitute a reason to refrain from signing. The college decided to enter into the management agreement and to ratify this decision by signing the management agreement. The final management agreement will be sent to the City Council for information.

Portfolio distribution as of June 15, 2023

The Alderman Housing and Space Development resigned effective May 1, 2023. A new Alderman Housing and Space Development was appointed on June 15, 2023. The college decided to adopt the new portfolio distribution and the new replacement arrangement. The council will be informed by a council information letter.

Illegal permanent residence recreational home

On the plot Moorven 4 (B 5221) there is a recreational home that is being used as a regular residence. The owner wants a regular residential zoning on the parcel, but this is contrary to laws and regulations. This issue has previously been litigated up to the highest court. The college is advised to resume and continue the enforcement proceedings already started. The college decided to resume the enforcement procedure already started by sending the decision to impose an order for a penalty payment. The person in question was invited to a meeting with the portfolio holder.
