Review of zoning plan Pastoorsmast 3 - 5
The initiator wishes to change his business and wants to erect more farm buildings for this purpose. The zoning plan must therefore be amended. Hereby the zoning area 'Business' will be reduced, but the building possibilities will be expanded and the zoning area 'Forest' will be enlarged. The maximum allowed environmental category will be lowered from 3.1 to 2.
The college has decided that no Environmental Impact Report is required for this zoning plan revision. The council proposal "Revision zoning plan Pastoormast 3 - 5, Nuenen" will be submitted to the council for decision.
ENSIA 2022 DigiD and Suwinet
The college of the municipality of Nuenen accounts for the state of information security within the municipal organization for the year 2022. This is done on the basis of the Eenduidige Normatiek Single lnformation Audit (= ENSIA) systematics. ln this document the accountability is given for DigiD and Suwinet.
The college approved the college statement that accountability for DigiD and Suwinet has been achieved in Nuenen.
Adopt Heritage policy document 'Building blocks for the future'
In 2022, work was done to draft a policy document on Heritage. This involved intense cooperation with the Heemkundekring. The Heritage policy document deals with archaeology, built heritage and historic landscape. The title "Building Blocks for the Future" clearly indicates the objective of the policy. The memorandum indicates not only what kind of heritage we have in Nuenen but also how we can deal with it in the future.
The Heritage Policy Paper "Building Blocks for the Future" will be discussed with the council at the image-forming council meeting.
Purchase agreement residual strips Eeneind 32
A publication took place after the November 8, 2022 college decision. On this, no summary proceedings were initiated by a third party. The agreement can now be signed by both parties.
The college decided to enter into the agreement and authorize the Development Department Head to sign the agreement.
Superior agreement Pastoor Aldenhuijsenstraat 7-9 in Nuenen
Enter into an antecedent agreement with the developer of relevant site.
The college approved publication of the proposed sale of land on Pastoor Aldenhuijsen Street and decided to enter into an anterior agreement with developer of Pastoor Aldenhuijsen Street with the condition precedent that no summary proceedings follow publication regarding sales included in the agreement.
