Covenant Tackling drug sites East Brabant 2025-2030

During the biennial evaluation of the hemp covenant, parties expressed a desire to expand the covenant into a hard drug covenant. The new covenant 'Approach to drug locations East Brabant 2025 - 2030' focuses on the joint approach to drug crime. The covenant enables cooperation and information sharing between parties. This strengthens the integral safety approach and helps to prevent and combat drug production and trafficking.

The college decided to enter into the covenant/agreement "Approach to drug locations East Brabant 2025 - 2030" and its annexes.

Remediation option site Collse Hoefdijk

The college approved the procurement strategy for the remediation of a plot of land near Collse Hoefdijk 9 in Nuenen. Namely, the municipality has agreed to transfer clean ownership of the land.

Confidentiality was placed on the procurement strategy until the procurement process was completed.

Decision on objection glass windbreak balcony Janus Prinsengaarde

A notice of objection has been filed against the environmental permit granted for the installation of a glass windbreak on the balcony of the residential apartment at Janus Prinsengaarde 30 in Nuenen. The objection was dealt with during a hearing of the objection committee.

The College decided, adopting the advice of the Objections Committee, to declare the objection inadmissible and reject the request for reimbursement of legal costs.

Annual Accountability for Educational Disadvantage Policy LEA/VVE 2024

The municipality of Nuenen has policies to help children with educational disadvantages. This includes early childhood education (vve) and the Local Educational Agenda (LEA). This must be accounted for to the Inspectorate of Education. The college decides to adopt the annual accountability report Educational disadvantages policy (LEA/vve) 2024.

Sign Administrative Agreement snelfietsroute Gemert - Eindhoven

On February 6, 2025, the city council approved the amendment of the VKA Bundelroutes package of measures and decided not to submit any wishes and objections when entering into the Administrative Agreement (BOK) snelfietsroute Gemert - Eindhoven. This BOK can be signed after the decision of the college.

The college decided to enter into the management agreement for "express bicycle route Gemert-Eindhoven".
