Collection of household waste from residential complexes Pieter Dekkersstraat and Sien de Grootstraat

Request in principle for four Room for Space plots at Papenvoortse Heide 3
An agricultural business is located at Papenvoortse Heide 3. Pigsties on the plot have been vacant for several years and are currently being used to store caravans. The initiator would like to demolish these stables and develop four Room for Space homes on the site. With this there is also the desire to convert the zoning from 'Agrarian with values - Green-blue cloak' to 'Residential'. The college decides to cooperate in principle with the development of the 'Ruimte voor Ruimte' plots at Papenvoortse Heide 3. The request will only be processed after concluding an anterior agreement and planning damage agreement with the initiator.
Landscape Incentive Scheme
The Landscape Incentive Scheme is the successor to the Green Blue Services Incentive Scheme (STIKA). With this scheme, the province doubles the amount provided by the municipality for the creation and maintenance of landscape elements. Because the scheme has changed, a new agreement must be concluded. The college approves the Landscape Incentive Scheme.
Climate stress test report
As part of the Delta Plan for Spatial Adaptation, municipalities are required to conduct a climate stress test no later than 2019. This test provides insight into the effects of various climate trends in the near and further future. The municipality of Nuenen has now conducted this test. The college agrees with the report on the results of the climate stress test.
