Blue zone waiver application
A blue zone parking waiver application for the Park area was previously submitted. Then it was rejected based on current blue zone policy rules.
Now a review has been requested. Thereby (in accordance with the executed evaluation of the blue zone) more leniency has been given to the surroundings in relation to (preventing) precedent. A solution has been found to provide a parking permit on the basis of ownership without usufruct.
The college decided to agree to issue a parking waiver for the blue zone.
Events at day beach Enode
Since the management of day beach Enode has been with the municipality in 2021, several event organizers have expressed interest in hosting an event here.
In 2022, the college allowed two multi-day (music) events as an experiment. For the year 2023 and beyond, it is important to clarify -for organizers as well as local residents- which frameworks are used for events on day beach Enode.
The college decided to establish the principles for events at day beach Enode for the years 2023 through 2027.
In the period from 2023 to 2027, the principles for events on day beach Enode will be evaluated annually.
The council will be informed about the principles for events at day beach Enode through a council information letter.
Decision on objection, contested decision withdrawal and recovery of assistance
On September 14, 2022, the college received a notice of objection directed against the decision of September 6, 2020, revoking the right to assistance as of July 1, 2021 and recovering the assistance granted for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
The college decided, in accordance with the committee's opinion, to declare the objection admissible and well-founded and to revoke the contested decision.
Draft zoning plan "Johan Frisostraat ongenummerd"
On October 5, 2021, in response to a request in principle, the college agreed to the division of the Mauritsgaarde 2 lot.
After entering into an anterior agreement with the initiator, the revision of the zoning plan 'Nuenen-Noordwest' necessary for the requested division was initiated, resulting in the draft zoning plan 'Johan Frisostraat ongenummerd'.
The college has decided to approve the draft zoning plan 'Johan Frisostraat ongenummerd'. The draft zoning plan 'Johan Frisostraat ungenummerd' will be available for public inspection for a period of 6 weeks from January 27, 2023. Simultaneously with the publication of the draft zoning plan for public inspection, the publication 'preliminary announcement' will also be announced.
