Regulations taxes, fees and charges 2025

Every year a proposal on the amount of municipal taxes, fees and charges is made to the city council. The corresponding ordinances must also be adopted by the council.

The college has decided to approve the ordinances 2025 and the corresponding fee tables. The council proposal will be submitted to the council for decision.

Decision on objection to environmental permit to build house Beekstraat 46

One objection has been filed against the environmental permit granted on May 23, 2024 for the construction of a house at Beekstraat 46C in Nuenen.

The college has decided, on the advice of the objections committee, to declare the objection inadmissible.

Mandate, power of attorney and authorization joint procurement of collective bicycle data collection

The Province of Noord-Brabant is preparing a tender for the collective collection of bicycle data. The municipality of Nuenen would like to participate in this tender, as this would reduce the costs of bicycle counts (as well as traffic counts). For this purpose, the employees of the Province must be mandated to conduct the tender and enter into contractual agreements on behalf of the municipality.

The college has decided to grant mandate to the general manager of the Province to take decisions related and necessary in the context of the tender. The Mayor grants power of attorney to the General Director of the Province to sign the framework agreement(s). The Mandate Authorization and Power of Attorney Order is signed.

First draft grant program 2025

A grant program is prepared annually. The college adopts the first draft and sends applicants a proposed decision on their submitted application. Applicants are given the opportunity to submit views if they disagree with the proposed decision. These views are reviewed and incorporated into the draft 2025 grant program. It will be attached to the budget to be presented to the council for decision.

The college decided to adopt the first draft grant program 2025. The proposed grant decisions will be sent to the grant applicants.

Urban Brabant 2040 Implementation Agenda.

In the program NOVEX (National Environmental Vision Extra) all governments are working together on a plan for the layout of the Netherlands. Within the process of the NOVEX Urban Brabant an Implementation Agenda for NOVEX area has been worked on. This implementation agenda is now before the municipalities for decision-making.

The college has approved the Implementation Agenda NOVEX Urban Brabant. The council will be informed through a council information letter.

Views on Midwaste

Blink is active in waste collection and cleaning on behalf of the municipality. Blink wants to join Midwaste, a cooperative association of fourteen regional waste and cleaning companies. Under the Blink Joint Arrangement, the participating municipalities are given the opportunity to submit their views on Blink's intention to join Midwaste. This is a council power. 

The council proposal is presented to the council for decision.

Conversion of Dommelvallei Service into business management organization

To strengthen the Dommelvallei Service (DDV), the Executive Board has decided to convert the public body into a business operation organization. For this purpose, the DDV regulation must be amended. The board of the DDV has therefore released a draft regulation GR business operation organization DDV. The council may submit a view on this. Therefore, the college has adopted the council proposal Conversion Service Dommelvallei into business operation organization.

The college has approved the draft regulation GR business operation organization Service Dommelvallei. The council proposal "Conversion of Dommelvallei Service into a business operation organization" will be submitted to the council for decision-making.

Social Domain Policy Framework Nuenen c.a. 2024 "Equal in opportunities, difference in attention"

The Social Domain Policy Framework Nuenen c.a. 2024 is the umbrella under which the Social Support Act, the Youth Act and the Participation Act take place in policy,
implementation rules and the organization of implementation. The legislature requires the municipality to periodically adopt a policy vision. The council is asked to withdraw the current vision social domain 'Personal and Nearby'.

The council proposal for this is submitted to the council for decision.
The response of the college to the advice of the Advisory Council Social Domain (ASD) on the policy framework is adopted and sent to the ASD.
