Initiative / request in principle for spatial development Refeling 60-72

This request in principle includes the intended realization of thirty apartments and a number of service spaces in one complex, located at Refeling 60 in Nuenen. The current plot in Nuenen-Zuid is currently zoned "Office" and includes a service complex, but with transformation the owner wishes to achieve redevelopment.

The college has decided to grant planning permission in principle for the redevelopment and wishes to enter into an anterior and planning compensation agreement with the applicant.

Decision on objection Eeneind 32

An objection has been filed against the decisions following enforcement requests regarding the Eeneind 32 parcel. The committee for objections has recommended that the objection be declared admissible and unfounded with the exception of the objection concerning the erroneous indication of the destination of parcel D2487. In addition, the committee recommends that the decision of November 30, 2022, be upheld with additional reasoning. It is also recommended that the request for reimbursement of legal costs be rejected.

The college decided in accordance with the committee's recommendation.

Council proposal policy on large-scale solar and wind power generation

The draft policy on large-scale solar and wind energy generation has been available for review. This policy runs until 2030 with an interim evaluation in 2026. It focuses entirely on no-regret measures (such as energy generation through measures on roofs) and excludes large-scale ground-based energy generation. No views were submitted.

The council proposal "large-scale solar and wind power generation policy" is presented to the council for decision.

Answering council questions "environmental street" Nuenen-Zuid

Council member Mrs. Tesser of the VVD Group asked questions on April 3, 2023, on the subject of the "environmental street" in Nuenen-Zuid.

The college decided to answer the written questions of the VVD Group by letter.

Administrative agreement VKA Bundle routes

The Province has reserved a contribution of €10 million for the Nuenen preferred alternative (VKA) Bundelroutes. The Regional Mobility Program (RMP) stipulates that this amount will accrue to Nuenen for the realization of the VKA under the first condition that both parties enter into a management agreement (BOK).

The college has decided to express its intention to sign the management agreement for the provincial contribution for the realization of the preferred alternative Bundelroutes Nuenen. A council information letter will be sent, initiating the preliminary procedure and giving the city council the opportunity to express its wishes and objections.
