The Bedrijfsvoeringsorganisatie (BVO) Dienst Dommelvallei carries out tasks on behalf of the municipality in the areas of finance, internal control, personnel and organization, computerization and automation, service provision and social affairs. In order to perform these tasks, the director and employees of BVO Dienst Dommelvallei are granted mandate and power of attorney. The Dienst Dommelvallei mandate register has been updated due to various organizational developments.

The college decided to adopt the Mandate Register BVO Dienst Dommelvallei 2025 and to revoke the Mandate Register Dienst Dommelvallei 2024.

Decision on objection refused environmental permit Kruisakker 6

A notice of objection has been filed against the refused environmental permit for the temporary housing of one labor migrant at Kruisakker 6 in Nuenen. The objection was handled during a hearing of the objection committee. The committee recommends that the decision be upheld.

The College decided to follow the advice of the Objections Committee. The college decided to declare the objection admissible and unfounded and to uphold the decision of March 13, 2025.

Council information letter width express bicycle route Gemert - Eindhoven

At the request of the council the additional costs of widening the Gemert - Eindhoven express bicycle route to 4.2 meters have been investigated. The total additional funds required of approximately € 7 million are mainly caused by the construction of a new bicycle tunnel under the Europalaan.

The college decided to inform the city council through a council information letter. Collective financing of youth aid in educational time

The current system of youth aid in (secondary) special (primary) education is inefficient. Individual indications are issued for students, resulting in many different providers at schools. Organizing and paying for youth aid collectively creates advantages in several areas.

The college decided to organize and pay for youth aid for the above-mentioned school types collectively and adopts the final recommendation on collective funding of Health in Education Time. The college decided to extend the cooperation agreement concluded in mid-2024 for another year and mandate the signing to Alderman Wouters. The college decided to pay the expected costs from the budget item Independent Living Youth and decided to give the administrative mandate to organize the procurement as cost-efficiently as possible. The college decided to mandate the program manager of A 10 for Youth to sign the procurement strategy Health in Education Time.

Extending advance payments Combination Youth Care.

Stichting Combinatie Jeugdzorg (CJ) is a large provider of youth services in the Southeast Brabant region. In 2024, CJ had over 1,100 unique clients in Health. CJ offers specialized and crucial youth care services such as foster care, crisis coordination and stay with day and night treatment. A bankruptcy of this provider would result in discontinuity. No alternative care provider is available in the short term.

The college decided to enter into the Addendum Agreement Advance Payment Foundation Combination Youth Care to extend the deadline for repayment of an advance payment by one year to Dec. 31, 2026.
