Regional mobility vision
In the past period work has been done within the cooperation Metropoolregio Eindhoven on a regional mobility vision. This vision presents the joint view of 21 municipalities on mobility within the Southeast Brabant region in 2040.

Joint purchasing of road salt
BIZOB, together with 11 municipalities including Nuenen, is preparing a European tender regarding the purchase of road salt. Since European tenders are not mandated, adoption of the procurement strategy, tender documents, (provisional) award and agreement is the competence of the college.
The college decided to adopt the procurement strategy for joint procurement of road salt.
Restoration decision management agreement The Monastery Temporalis
Requested is a reinstatement decision on the college's May 13, 2024 decision to enter into a temporary agreement to provide management services at The Monastery Temporalis. The remedial decision concerns the change in the contracting company that will act as manager. The May 13 decision stated that ASP Gebouwenservice BV will act as manager while this will be its affiliated company A-Vastgoed Beheer BV.
The college decided to take a remedial decision to enter into the temporary management agreement with A-Vastgoed Beheer BV instead of ASP Gebouwenservice BV under the Requirements and conditions as included in the amended management agreement.
Energy Hub Director
The MRE has united a number of municipalities in a "coalition-of-the-willing" to work with an energy hub director at a yet-to-be-determined business park. This will help facilitate and encourage companies in the energy transition with the goal of increasing electrification, deploying renewable energy sources and reducing CO2 emissions.
The college decided to also participate in a regional coalition-of-the-willing (Cow) consisting of municipalities that want to get started on energy hubs at one or more business parks (or business clusters) on their territory.
