Renew Administrative Agreements and mandate Protected Housing 2023
The College has decided to extend the current Administrative Agreements and the mandate to the Mayor of Eindhoven for the deployment of Protected Housing until January 1, 2024. The extension is necessary because the national changes in the working method around Protected Housing will not take effect on February 1, 2023, but only a year later. In this way, Protected Housing will continue to be readily available for those who need it in 2023.
Calamity surveillance Wmo as of Jan. 1, 2023
The Director GGD Brabant-Zuidoost (GGD BZO) has been appointed as supervisor in charge of supervising calamities in the Wmo 2015. The GGD BZO has indicated that it wants to stop its task as supervisor Wmo. The reason is that there are too few reports, as a result of which it cannot guarantee quality and capacity. It has been agreed that it will still perform the Wmo emergency supervision until December 31, 2022 at the latest. For the period starting January 1, 2023, a new party has been found to take over this task: GGD Hart voor Brabant (GGD HvB).
The college has decided to appoint the director of GGD Hart voor Brabant as supervisor of calamities for the Wmo 2015 as of January 1, 2023, whereby he is authorized to appoint employees working at or for GGD Hart voor Brabant to perform the supervision in his place in accordance with the decision.
The previously taken decision to appoint the Director GGD Brabant-Zuidoost as supervisor Wmo is withdrawn.

The questions relate to the express bicycle crossing Collse Hoefdijk.
W70's written questions will be answered by letter.
