Right of way and granting option to purchase land strip Kernkwartier

This is a purchase option agreement between the municipality and Park Realty for the sale of a 337^m2 strip of land near Kernkwartier shopping center, with an option period of 15 years. In addition, a right of way is established.

The college decided to establish a right of way in rem for the municipality over Park Realty's property, so that public parking spaces near the Kernkwartier shopping center remain accessible. An option to purchase is granted to Park Vastgoed for the purchase of a 337^m2 strip of land near the Kernkwartier shopping center, with an option period of 15 years.

Council information letter progress express bike path Helmond-Eindhoven

The procedure for the zoning plan "Eindhoven-Nuenen-Helmond Cycle Path" has now been fully completed. This means that we are taking steps toward the construction of the express bike path. One of the first steps is the clearing of the land on which the express cycle path will be realized. We want to inform both the surrounding area and the city council about this work. For the town council we do this by means of the present council information letter.

The college noted the council information letter and it will be forwarded to the city council.

Implementation of motion strange naming sports hall Nuenen South

The City Council passed a motion on July 4, 2024, to arrive at an appropriate and appealing new name for the Hongerman after renovation through citizen participation.

The college adopted the plan of action and ground rules to arrive at a name for the entire building at Hoge Brake 3.

The college has agreed to inform the City Council of the approach with a council information letter.
