Environmental permit use, deviation from environmental plan Collse Hoefdijk 24, Nuenen

An environmental permit has been requested to house labor migrants at the former hotel the Collse Hoeve in derogation of the environmental plan. The permit has been requested for a maximum period of three years.
 

The college decided, pursuant to Article 2.12 of the Environmental Law (General Provisions) Act (Wabo), to grant the temporary environmental permit subject to regulations. The temporary environmental permit applies to a maximum of 50 labor migrants for the duration of up to 3 years.

Amendment of Joint Arrangement WSD

As a result of the amendment of the Joint Arrangements Act, the WSD Joint Arrangement must be amended. To this end, the WSD board has sent a draft text proposal to the municipal councils and colleges of the participating municipalities. The municipal councils and colleges can respond to this.


The college decided to inform the WSD that the content of the text proposal for amendment of the GR WSD, does not warrant a substantive response.

Tender hot and cold beverage facility

Bizob has prepared a procurement strategy for the provision of hot and cold beverage supplies, for several municipalities and organizations. The total amount exceeds the European limit amount. Therefore, this requires a European tender procedure. The Bizob is handling this procurement process.
 

The college decided to adopt the procurement strategy for the European tender hot and cold beverage facility.

Answering written questions regarding the Local Inclusion Agenda

The college has received written questions pursuant to Rule 50 of the Rules of Procedure (Rvo) from group Combinatie Nuenen c.a. The questions are about having or not having a Local Inclusion Agenda (LIA) and what is being done around that issue by the college.
 

The college decided to answer the written questions of Combination Nuenen c.a. by letter.

The College has received written questions under Rule 50 of the Rules of Procedure (Rvo) from the VVD Group. The questions concern the departure of an employee at Blink and possible labor unrest as a result.
