Adopt 2023 grant program


After the City Council adopts the 2023 budget and thus the 2023 grant ceilings, the final 2023 grant program is determined by the College on the basis of which grant decisions can be sent.

The college decided to adopt the 2023 grant program and is going to send the decisions in accordance with the grant program to the applicants.

Management Letter 2022


The auditor issued the management letter following the interim audit in recent weeks. The auditor's recommendations are accompanied by management commentary.

The college agreed to accept the management letter for notification and adopt the management commentary. The college agreed to present the management letter including the management commentary to the audit committee.


Objection decision rejecting enforcement request


An objection was filed on July 6, 2022 to the denial of an enforcement request request requesting action on two erected structures (iron/steel gates) on the parcels of Kruisakker 8 and Station Road 6.

The College decided to declare the objection admissible and unfounded in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee and to uphold the contested decision of June 10, 2022.

Objectors objected to the college's July 4, 2022 decision granting approval for the laying of cables and lines for low and medium voltage between Sr. Winkell Avenue and Seitzenhof.

Written questions CDA Nuenen - recovery of Energy Surcharge


CDA Nuenen asked questions about the energy allowance and the single parent standard.


The college has agreed to respond to CDA's questions about the energy surcharge. CDA Nuenen will be informed of this answer by letter.


Secure green space in zoning plan "Kapperdoes, revision 1"


The design for the Kapperdoes housing location is ready. In order to amend the zoning plan, it is important that the envisaged image quality of the green integration is guaranteed under both private and administrative law. By including protection in the zoning plan and an exemption authority for the felling of greenery on the side of Kapperdoesweg, the greenery is safeguarded, and compensation for greenery can still be considered if one or more trees cannot be preserved.

The college approved the inclusion of the value indication "valuable trees" and related rules (permit system) for possible felling in the (draft) zoning plan "Kapperdoes, revision 1".


Request for information according to the Woo regarding Eeneind West


A request was made under the Open Government Act (Woo) to receive information on the Eeneind West file. The information request has been processed. Given the size of the request and the legal processing time, not all the requested information can be provided. It was decided to make available the documents on the specified topics, focusing on documents with a final and/or legal status (private and/or administrative).

The college agreed to provide the requested information based on a final status regarding the specified topics and to make the list of documents public and available.


Process zoning plan "Nuenen-Centrum, revision area De Vank


The zoning plan 'Nuenen-Centrum, herziening omgeving De Vank' has been annulled for the Panta Rhei location. On the basis of the anterior agreement, the municipality is obliged to make every effort with regard to the realization of the zoning plan revision. To fulfill this effort obligation, the missing justification will be added to the zoning plan and resubmitted to the council for adoption.

The college decided to agree to continue the zoning plan process by preparing (or having prepared) and reviewing the missing substantiation. There will be a college and council recommendation to resubmit the zoning plan to the council through a resolution of adoption, while providing insight into the possible legal and financial consequences if the zoning plan is not adopted by the council;


Allonge anterieure and planning compensation agreement Vincentre


The allonge concerns an amendment regarding parking to the previously concluded Superior and Plan Damage Compensation Agreement .

The college decided to approve and enter into the Allonge Anterieure Agreement Berg 29 at Nuenen.


Framework land prices and operating contribution 2023


The 2019-2023 Land Policy Memorandum states that land prices and operating contributions are set annually. This is done by adopting the document: Framework Land Prices and Operating Contributions. The updated framework includes the land prices and operating contributions for 2023.

The council proposal "Framework Land Prices and Operating Contributions 2023" is presented to the council for decision.


The General Board of GRR Blink has released the draft 2023 budget allocation for the view procedure to the municipal councils. This is the competence of the municipal council. The proposal advises the council not to submit a view.

The council proposal "Viewing budget amendment Blink 2023" is presented to the council for decision.


Decision on complaint


At its meeting of November 22, 2022, the college issued a decision on a complaint. This complaint was received on March 15, 2022 and relates to the college's conduct regarding the redevelopment of Emma Street. The complaint alleges that the college failed to respond in a timely manner to a letter dated Feb. 2, 2022, and that local residents of Emma Street have not been able to participate in the redevelopment of the former elementary school plot on Emma Street. The matter is now before the college again because there is cause for reconsideration.


The College decided to withdraw the decision on the complaint dated November 22, 2022, and to declare the complaint admissible and, contrary to the opinion of the Complaints Committee, partially founded and partially unfounded.
The college decided to agree with the decision on the complaint.


Fee Ordinance 2023 including fee table


The council proposal on the 2023 tax regulations, which was discussed on 10 November 2022, did not include the fees regulation.
