Split former farmhouse into 2 dwellings
As a result of a submitted request in principle, cooperation was promised in the planning procedure to split a former farm on the Boord into two residences.
The college approved the draft zoning plan "Buitengebied wijzigingsplan Boord 79". The draft decision "higher value" under the Noise Abatement Act will be adopted for the two residences. The draft zoning plan and the draft decision "higher value" will now be made available for inspection for six weeks.
Decision on objection directed against granted environmental permit for construction of four padel courts
An objection has been filed against the environmental permit for the construction of 4 padel courts on the parcel Lissevoort 10 in Nuenen. The objection has been dealt with during a hearing of the objection committee. The objection committee recommends that the submitted objection be declared inadmissible.
The college decided to adopt this opinion and declare the objector's objections inadmissible.
Housing needs study of trailer sites
The Sinti Housing Vision and the Housing Program indicate that the municipality and corporations should reasonably provide for the specific way of living of caravan dwellers, in accordance with national policy. A housing needs study was conducted with the corporations by an external agency, using surveys. This provided a better understanding of public housing demand and the task.
The college decided to adopt the results of the housing needs study. The results with perspective will be announced to the community of Nuenen Sinti. The council will be informed through a council information letter.
Living allowance scheme for Ukrainians
The Cabinet has announced a living allowance scheme for Ukrainians. Municipalities are implementing the living allowance scheme.
The college has agreed, in anticipation of the national scheme, to provide refugee Ukrainians with living allowance support from the special assistance scheme. The national living allowance scheme is used as the standard for the provision of special assistance.
WOB request regarding public green / playing field Hoge Mikkert area Eeneind
Pursuant to the Open Government Act, an information request was submitted on July 9, 2021, regarding the playground equipment on the Hoge Mikkert. On November 9, 2021, the municipality of Nuenen was declared in default for failing to make a decision on the request.
The college decided to adopt the decision on the WOB request and the formal notice.
Since the Penalty Payment Act does not apply to the Public Access Act, the college decided not to pay a penalty fine under the formal notice.
Decision on objection temporary environmental permit dog training school Laar 17
An objection to the environmental permit for the temporary change of use to establish a dog training school at Laar 17 has been filed.
The College decided to declare the objector's objection unfounded, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee. The environmental permit will be upheld.
