Policy Prolongation Temporary Support Necessary Expenses (2021)
The Cabinet has decided to extend the economic support and recovery package, including Tonk, by three months to Oct. 1, 2021. The municipal policy rules of the Temporary Support Necessary Costs (Tonk) should also be extended until Oct. 1, 2021.
The college adopts the policy rules ''Prolongation of Temporary Support Necessary Costs (Tonk) Municipality of Nuenen (2021)''.
Sports hall and multipurpose rooms management agreement
The current management agreement Sporthal de Hongerman (incl. multifunctional spaces has expired and should be renewed.
The college decides to enter into the management agreement with A-Vastgoedbeheer regarding Sporthal de Hongerman (incl. multifunctional spaces) for the period of 1 year from July 1, 2021.
Answering council questions Jeu de Boules court d'n Busser Gerwen
The college has received written questions under Article 46 of the Rules of Procedure (Rvo) from W70. The nine questions concern the establishment, agreements and procedure regarding the boules course d'n Busser in Gerwen.
The college decides to answer the written questions under Article 46 of the Rules of Procedure by letter.
Draft Regulation on Provisions for Education Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten 2021
The local education housing ordinance needs to be updated.
The college adopts the draft regulation. Consultation aimed at reaching agreement (OOGO) is held with the three school boards. The Social Domain Advisory Council is asked for its advice. The draft incorporates a number of previous legislative changes and adopts the UNG standard amounts. The distance criteria for exercise education have been adjusted.
Pilot "Supporting children of divorced parents" in 2021
Based on the recently adopted local preventive youth policy, the college decides to carry out a pilot in 2021 in which children with divorced parents are offered an offer by provider Bureau Jong. This will be done through school; two elementary school will participate in this pilot.
A maximum of €9,000 will be made available for the pilot from the implementation budget for preventive youth policy 2021.
