Regional official instruction for compulsory education officer municipality of Nuenen
Pursuant to the Compulsory Education Act 1969, the college must adopt an official instruction for the employee compulsory education/progression point (formerly RMC). The current official instruction needs adjustment.
The college has decided to adopt the regional official instruction compulsory education/transit point municipality of Nuenen 2024 and at the same time withdraw the official instruction 2019.
Churches vision for the municipality of Nuenen
The municipality previously received a grant from the state to create what is known as a church vision statement. A churches vision outlines a picture or perspective for the future of the religious heritage in our municipality. The churches vision has been drawn up in consultation with church owners in Nuenen.
The council proposal 'Churches vision for Nuenen' is submitted to the council for decision.
Adoption of zoning plan "Kerkakkers 2023"
The draft zoning plan "Kerkakkers 2023" and the draft decision on higher value under the Noise Abatement Act zoning plan "Kerkakkers 2023" were available for public inspection from December 21, 2023 through January 31, 2024. During this period anyone could submit views. The municipality received 1 view. The view gives reason to submit the zoning plan as amended for decision-making to the municipal council and to adopt the decree on the higher value under the Noise Abatement Act for the zoning plan "Kerkakkers 2023" as amended.
The college has decided to agree with the response to the views on the draft decision on higher value, as included in the attached Notice of views on the draft decision on higher value for the "Kerkakkers 2023" zoning plan. With due consideration of the Notice of Views on the draft decision to increase the value of the Noise Abatement Act zoning plan "Kerkakkers 2023", the decision to increase the value of the Noise Abatement Act zoning plan "Kerkakkers 2023" will be adopted. The council proposal will be submitted to the council for decision-making.
