Bail Bonding Village Workshop

The Stichting Dorpswerkplaats in Nuenen (hereinafter: the Foundation) has submitted a financing application to the bank for the expansion of the current buildings. As security the bank requests a municipal guarantee.

The college approved the municipal guarantee of €75,000 for the Foundation to obtain a loan from the bank.

Draft zoning plan 'Eeneind 2018'

The draft zoning plan "Eeneind 2018" was available for vision for the second time in the fall of 2020, and views were submitted on it which, among other things, related to the housing possibilities on the Kleine Heiakker.
On Feb. 4, 2021, the council decided to drop these building possibilities and instead allow one dwelling on the Hoge Mikkert. In doing so, the council instructed that this be included in the "Eeneind 2018" zoning plan. Because of the impact for the new location, it is proposed to re-submit the draft zoning plan for public inspection. Other changes are also included.

The college approved the draft zoning plan 'Eeneind 2018'. The draft zoning plan 'Eeneind 2018' will be re-submitted for vision.

Interim report fall 2021

The interim report informs the council about financial developments twice a year. This includes proposed amendments to the budget for the current fiscal year, so that the budget is up-to-date. In addition, the council is informed about the progress of major projects and the financial developments of the corona crisis.

The college approved the interim report fall 2021. The council proposal "Interim Report Fall 2021" is presented to the council for decision.

Applying hardship clause pupil transportation

The college decided to adopt a decision granting pupil transport based on the hardship clause.

Decision on objection rejecting benefits.

Decision on appeal against the decision of March 2, 2021, rejecting the application for benefits dated November 13, 2020.
The appeal against the contested decision, rejection of PW benefit, is declared unfounded, contrary to the opinion of the Objections Committee, and the contested decision is upheld. Legal costs are not reimbursed.

Adopt Tax Ordinances 2022

Every year the council is presented with a proposal on municipal tax rates and tax ordinances.

The college approved the tax and fee ordinances with associated rate tables. The council proposal "tax ordinances 2022" is submitted to the council for decision.

Preferred alternative Liveability and accessibility study

The municipality and the province are conducting a study to preserve and, where possible, improve livability and accessibility in Nuenen. This study is one of five studies taking place in the region. Three scenarios have been examined. On July 8, 2021, the council adopted a preferred scenario. This preferred scenario was further examined and developed into a preferred alternative. It is up to the council to adopt the preferred alternative.

The council proposal "Study (traffic) livability and accessibility Bundelroutes Nuenen" is submitted to the council for decision.
