Zoning Plan Outlying Area Revision Rullen 15

The zoning plan regulates the redevelopment of a discontinued intensive pig farm into an arable farm with extensive cattle farming and, as secondary branches, the rental of units for storage for individuals and businesses and the generation of energy by means of solar panels. The zoning plan may be submitted for public consultation as a draft.

The college decided to approve the draft zoning plan "Buitengebied, herziening Rullen 15" and to make it available for public inspection for a period of six weeks.
The college decided that no exploitation plan needs to be drawn up.

Performance agreements housing associations 2024-2028

The municipality, housing corporations and tenant organizations make annual performance agreements. These are about public housing ambitions and goals and what is needed to achieve them. Subjects covered by the agreements include the availability and affordability of social rental housing, sustainability, social issues and specific target groups. The parties signing the agreements are: the municipality of Nuenen, housing corporations Helpt Elkander and Wooninc., their tenant organizations and Woonzorg Nederland.

The college decided to adopt the performance agreements 2024-2028.

Answering written questions snelfietspad Eindhoven - Helmond

In accordance with Article 46 of the Rules of Procedure of the Municipality of Nuenen c.a., the Combination the CDA put written questions to the Municipal Executive. Waste collection of Vredehof apartment complex

The waste collection at the Vredehof apartment complex violates the Nuenen Waste Ordinance 2018 Implementation Decree. The household residual waste is collected by a non-designated collector.

The college has decided that the residents of the Vredehof apartment complex must start using the underground collection container on Antoon Kerssemakersstraat as of January 1, 2024, in accordance with the Executive Order.
The college decided that the current collector will be notified in writing that he is not authorized to do so and is therefore acting unlawfully. The collector will have to terminate the collection.

Draft Nuenen Southeast zoning plan, revision 1

The present zoning plan revises the current zoning plan in force for Nuenen Zuid. The zoning plan has been available for inspection as a draft. The province and the water board have submitted views, which have led to adjustments in the rules and the zoning map. Some ex officio adjustments have also been made. Because of the restrictive rules for some interested parties, it is proposed to submit the zoning plan for public inspection again.

The college decided to agree to the draft zoning plan "Nuenen Zuidoost, revision 1" and decided to make the draft zoning plan available for public inspection for six weeks.
