VTH 2020 implementation program
The municipality establishes an annual program for the tasks of Permits, Supervision, Enforcement (VTH tasks). The 2020 Implementation Program lists the main activities the municipality plans to perform in 2020. The college adopts the VTH 2020 Implementation Program. The VTH 2020 Implementation Program is announced to the municipal council and forwarded for notification to a number of agencies, including the province.
Draft zoning plan Nederwetten revision Soeterbeekseweg 13 (adding 2 homes and zoning out horse farm)
The preliminary zoning plan 'Nederwetten revision Soeterbeekseweg 13' has been available for public inspection for 6 weeks. The comments and some other changes have been incorporated in the draft zoning plan. The college decides to bring the draft zoning plan into the procedure.
Zoning amendment Town of Gerwen 3b
A request in principle has been submitted to convert an existing pig farm on Stad van Gerwen into a horse farm. The applicant would also like to enlarge the building plot in order to build a paddock and a horse trough. In view of the negative advice of the Advisory Committee for Agricultural Building Applications, the college is not prepared to grant the request in principle.
Wob request procedure environmental permit Witte-Hondpad
A request has been made to disclose documents related to the case concerning the White Dog Trail environmental permit, which is under appeal to the State Council. The applicant is reminded that the disclosure of documents related to this case is part of the court's review.
Request for grant home room workshop Nuenen-Zuid
Kunstkwartier is requesting a grant to organize a so-called Living Room workshop for residents in Nuenen-South. Participants will work on creative assignments in a pleasant setting. In this way they can meet other people and learn new things. The request from the Nuenen-Zuid living room atelier for a subsidy was granted. An amount of € 3,800 will be made available. The costs will be charged to the budget for incidental subsidies.
