Adoption of draft 2023 grant program

An annual grant program with all submitted grant applications is prepared. The college adopts the first draft and sends applicants a proposed decision on their submitted application. Until September 5, 2022, applicants had the opportunity to submit views. The views were reviewed and incorporated into the draft 2023 grant program.

The college decided to adopt the draft 2023 grant program.

Tax Ordinances 2023

Every year the council is presented with a proposal on municipal tax rates and tax ordinances.

The council proposal "Tax Ordinances 2023" is presented to the council for decision.

Regulation support control Corona access cards 2022

The Cabinet has decided to provide financial relief to organizations that incurred costs for the mandatory coronagraph access control for the period January 1, 2022 to March 26, 2022.

The college decided to adopt the Subsidy Scheme for Compensation Compliance Control Coronation Tickets Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten 2022 for this purpose.

Program budget 2023 and multi-year estimate 2024-2026

Every year, the college presents a draft budget for the coming year and a multi-year forecast for the 3 following years to the council. The budget lists all the tasks and activities that the municipality will perform and the amounts that the council makes available for them.

The council proposal "Program budget 2023 and multi-year estimate 2024-2026" is submitted to the council for decision.

Opinion designation local public media institution

The Commissariat for the Media has received an application from Local Broadcasting Corporation Nuenen to be designated as a local public media institution for the municipality of Nuenen, Gerwen and Nederwetten. The Commissariat will ask the municipal council for its opinion before making a decision.

The council proposal "Advice designation local public media institution" is submitted to the council for decision.

Environmental noise directive 4th tranche, END noise maps

Making noise maps and drawing up an action plan are obligations arising from the EU Environmental Noise Directive. The Eindhoven agglomeration has jointly prepared the Maps and Tables. The draft action plan has been prepared for the municipalities of Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Geldrop-Mierlo and Nuenen.

The college decided to adopt the END June 2022 noise maps and tables showing number of dwellings per noise class. This section is referred to as "Implementation Mapping." The Maps and tables are made available for inspection at the town hall and can be viewed digitally via the website of the Omgevingsdienst Zuidoost-Brabant (ODZOB) and/or the municipality's own website.
