District-GGD Services Agreement - Early Signaling & Follow-up in the District 2024
Regular care providers sometimes do not know how to reach residents who avoid Health or exhibit misunderstood behaviors well enough and/or cannot find their way to the right form of Health and support. In the pilot "Early signaling and follow-up in the neighborhood" we introduce an outreach approach for this target group with the use of District Health Services.
The college decided to agree to and enter into the "Agreement on District Health Services - Early Signaling & Follow-up in the District 2024" with GGD Brabant-Zuidoost.
Intention to impose penalty payment order
This proposal is an addendum to the board decision 'intention to order a penalty payment KDV'. After inspection by the GGD supervisor, violations were also found at the BSO. The inspection advised the college to enforce. For this reason, the municipality intends to impose an order under penalty to the holder of the "Kinderdagverblijf Pumpulunchi".
The college decided to communicate to the holder of Pumpulunchi the intention of an order under penalty for the violations at the BSO.
Council information letter feasibility study Gerwen-Nederwetten
The Gerwen-Nederwetten feasibility study regarding housing development is moving towards the next phase. With the council information letter, the college wants to inform the city council about the progress of the study and the development strategy.

Annual report and financial statements 2023
On April 8, 2024, the college approved the draft 2023 Annual Report and Accounts. The auditor has audited these documents and the accompanying balance sheet file and intends to issue an unqualified opinion of fairness.
The council proposal "Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023" is presented to the council for decision.
The college approved the college's draft response to the 2022 audit report and decided to send it along to the council.
Elaboration of regional funding system Brainport Accessibility
The Executive Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region has asked the college for a response to the elaboration of the regional funding system Bereikbaarheid Brainport.
The college has decided to respond in writing to the proposals for working method regional funding system, General Contribution Regulation, Institutional Decree and Contribution Regulation. The plan is to put the final documents on the agenda for decision-making at the meeting of the General Board of the Metro Pool Region Eindhoven on July 3.
