New methodology OVA indexing Youth - A 10 for Youth

As part of the Youth Reform Agenda, national contract standards have been developed to reduce the administrative burden. One of these concerns indexing.

The college agrees to adjust the indexing provision within "A 10 for Youth in accordance with national contract standards effective January 1, 2024 and to amend the indexing provision in the agreement accordingly.

The college decided not to make interim adjustments in the future due to changed collective bargaining agreement provisions, as these will be reflected in the next annual OVA indexation which is an important basis for indexation. For youth aid contracts, the indexation rate for 2024 is set at 6.43%.

Child care supervision and enforcement annual report 2022

Municipalities are responsible for monitoring and enforcing the quality of child care. In this context, the college must report annually to the Education Inspectorate. This report, being the annual report, is sent to the municipal council via a council information letter and published on the "Where does your municipality stand?" site.

The college decided to adopt the 2022 Annual Child Care Supervision and Enforcement Report and send the council information letter to the city council.
