Pilot M@zl at Nuenen College effective September 2021.
The college decides to carry out a pilot with the M@zl course at Nuenens College. The aim is to reduce the authorized absenteeism and prevent school dropout. To be able to assess whether the pilot produces sufficient results, the college aims to deploy the product also in school year 2022-2023. After evaluation, a decision on structural deployment will be made. The college agrees to the plan of action for the M@zl pilot. In the draft budget 2022-2025 an amount of € 8,200 is included for the calendar years 2022 and 2023.
Rates certified institutions for youth protection and juvenile probation.
The College decides to agree to increase the rates for certified institutions retroactively from January 1, 2021. The rates will increase by an average of 4.7%, with an additional 2% increase for risk management and 2% for innovation. For Nuenen, the additional costs amount to approximately € 31,430, based on actual usage 2020.
Decision on objection denial of special assistance
A decision on objection has been filed against the contested decisions of the college of December 28 and 30, 2020 concerning the rejection of special assistance regarding costs of a labor medical expertise as also own contribution lawyer. The college decides, in accordance with the advice of the committee, to declare the objection admissible but unfounded.
Decision on appeal regarding denial of request for subsistence and special assistance benefits
The College decides to declare the appeals (against the College's decision of February 16, 2021) admissible. The opinion of the committee is adopted and the objections are declared unfounded.
