Decision on objection decision rejecting enforcement request Soeterbeekseweg 13
On May 6, 2022 and May 25, 2022 an objection was lodged against the decision with reference: 1036348 dated March 28, 2022, concerning a decision to reject an enforcement request regarding the keeping of horses at the Soeterbeekseweg plot 13. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared admissible and well-founded, that the contested decision be revoked and that a new decision be made. Also to grant the request for reimbursement of legal costs.
The college decided to declare the objectors' objections admissible in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee and to declare the objections well-founded.
The college decided to revoke the contested decision of March 28, 2022 and to take a new decision taking into account the advice of the committee.
The college agreed to grant the request for reimbursement of legal costs and to set the amount of this reimbursement at €1,325.50.
Youth ribbon 2022
The City Council has decided to award an annual volunteer award and youth ribbon as a symbolic token of appreciation for all volunteers in the municipality. The presentation of the youth ribbon (a prize for the winner worth €150 and a youth ribbon) will take place during the New Year's reception on January 2, 2023.
The college approved the proposal for the volunteer of the year 2022. The category in question is "under 18 years of age" through which that person will receive the youth ribbon.
