Cooperation within Blink (waste collection) has been evaluated. A report has been prepared on this, which will be sent to the councils of the participating municipalities. As an accompanying letter to the report, a council information letter has been prepared summarizing the results, conclusions and recommendations of the study.

The college decided to adopt the Council Information Letter and forward it to the council along with the Evaluation Report.

Decision on objection denial of life maintenance Participation Act

An appeal was received against a decision denying an application for Social assistance benefit benefits.

The College has decided, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, to declare the objection to the rejection of benefits under the Participation Act to be well-founded. The person concerned will now receive benefits for the period January and February 2021.

Decision on objection withdrawal of Participation Act benefits.

An objection was filed against decision dated May 11, 2021, withdrawing entitlement to benefits under the Participation Act as of April 1, 2021, on the grounds that the objector had not complied with the obligation to provide information in a timely manner.

The college decided, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, to uphold the objection and revise the contested decision, in that the withdrawal as of April 1, 2021 is reversed and a back payment of Social assistance benefit benefit is made for the period April 1, 2021 through May 9, 2021.

Decision on objection to partial rejection of Tozo 4.

An appeal was filed against the decision granting Tozo-4 benefits from May 4, 2021 to June 30, 2021 and not from April 1, 2021.

The college has decided, in accordance with the advice of the objection committee, to declare the objection well-founded and provide a Tozo-4 benefit as of April 1, 2021 to the standard single person. As a result of the objection committee's comment, the Tozo-3 benefit will also be revised in the sense that as of March 1, 2021, there is a right to the 'single person' standard.

Eeneind West - completion of mediation - ratification of confidentiality

The college has imposed secrecy on appendices 1, 2 and 3 to council proposal 'Eeneind West - completion of mediation'. This secrecy must be confirmed at the next council meeting. The council proposal is not on the agenda for the next council meeting. In order to secure the secrecy until the proposal is dealt with in council, a separate proposal is submitted to ratify the secrecy in the next council meeting on November 4.
