Renewal agreement processing residual waste
There is the possibility of extending the current agreement for processing residual waste for the second (and last) time. It is proposed to take advantage of this, the processing of residual waste is now going on satisfactorily.
The college decided on a final extension of the current agreement with the contractor for the duration of three years (from Feb. 1, 2025 to Jan. 31, 2028).
Appointment of members Social Domain Advisory Council 2023
There were two vacancies on the Social Domain Advisory Council (ASD). To fill them, the ASD nominated two candidates to the college for appointment.
The college decided to accept the Social Domain Advisory Council's (ASD) nomination and appoint two candidates as members of the ASD for a four-year term starting August 1, 2023.
Kremersbos pitch rental agreement
The current resident has taken over the pitch from his (deceased) grandmother and has lived there with his son since 2000. It has been agreed that this situation can be converted into a lease for an indefinite period of time and the son of Mr. (resident) will be allowed to place his own car (to replace the current car). The son will then have the right to take over the pitch in the future, if there remains a permanent household with his father.
The college agreed and decided to enter into the lease agreement.
