Appointment of Supervisory Board 2022 PlatOO
PlatOO's Supervisory Board consists of five members. According to the roster, two members resigned. For the vacancies that have arisen, PlatOO, in accordance with its bylaws (Article 12, paragraph 2) has asked the GMR to make a binding nomination. Mr. Van Kessel and Ms. Heeroma are nominated. The appointment is a power mandated to the College.
The college approved the appointment of Mr. Van Kessel and Ms. Heeroma as members of PlatOO's Supervisory Board.
Pilot Parent Café 2022
The college agrees to set up the Parents' Café and allocates €4,000 for 2022 for implementation. In the Parents Café parenting support will be offered to parents. The themes are preferably suggested by parents themselves. In early 2023 it will be decided whether continuation of the pilot is useful.
GGD view Nuenen
The GGD Brabant-Zuidoost is planning a budget amendment. Municipalities are given the opportunity to give an opinion. The college has decided to make use of this opportunity and present a draft opinion to the city council. It is proposed to issue a positive opinion, with two points of attention; finances (1) and vaccination days (2).
The council proposal Zienswijze gemeente Nuenen c.a. op eerste begrotingswijziging GGD Brabant-Zuidoost is submitted to the council for decision-making.
Council information letter December Circular 2021
On December 14, 2021, the December Circular 2021 of the Municipal Fund was released. The municipality of Nuenen will receive additional resources from the State for various tasks. Therefore, the circular letter has financial consequences for both the 2021 annual accounts and the 2022 budget and beyond. A council information letter has been prepared containing the basic principles of how the circular will be processed financially.
The college decided to adopt the council information letter with the processed assumptions of the December Circular 2021 municipal fund and send the council information letter December Circular 2021 to the council.
Safe Public Duties protocol for employees
Our employees with a public duty, must be able to perform their work safely and with integrity. And be protected as much as possible against aggression and violence. The current protocol on aggression and violence was due for an update. Together with eight organizations, a joint protocol Safe Public Duties was drawn up. The works council has approved the protocol and it will be adopted by the board.
The college took note of the response from the works council and decided to adopt the Safe Public Duties Protocol.
Request for county waiver of interest rate standard
In the Program Budget 2022 and multi-year estimate 2023-2025 of the municipality of Nuenen c.a. it appears that the municipality exceeds the interest rate risk standard in 2022. Based on Article 6 paragraph 5 of the Fido Act, we are asking the province, as our financial supervisor, for a waiver for this excess. In a letter to the province we indicate how we will deal with the excess.
