Views procedure GR WSD 2023

Every year, the joint scheme Werkvoorzieningschap de Dommel (GR WSD) makes its financial documents available to the participating municipalities. The municipal council is given the opportunity to express an opinion on the 2022 financial statements and the 2024 budget.
It is proposed to take note of the financial documents of GR WSD and not to submit an opinion.

The council proposal "Viewing procedure GR WSD 2023" is submitted to the council for decision.

Draft budget 2024 and 1st budget amendment 2023 VRBZO

Pursuant to the Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost Joint Regulations, the councils are given the opportunity to express their views on the draft budget and/or a budget amendment before the General Board adopts the budget or amendment.

The council proposal "Draft 2024 budget and 1st budget amendment 2023 Safety Region Brabant-Zuidoost" is submitted to the council for decision.

Draft resolution VRBZO participation in Safety Regions Guarantee Fund Foundation

From the national project Risk Management and Insurance, a Safety Regions Guarantee Fund Foundation will be established. As was the case for participation in the Risk Management Foundation for Safety Regions in 2022, the municipal councils will be given the opportunity to express any wishes and objections they may have (Article 31a of the Common Regulations Act).

The council proposal "Draft resolution VRBZO participation in Safety Regions Guarantee Fund Foundation" is submitted to the council for decision.

Cooperation agreements supra-regional expert network Youth Assistance (BEN)

The supra-regional expert network Youth Assistance (BEN) is designed to help youth and parents with complex support needs. There is cooperation with regional expert teams (RET). The BEN can make grants to encourage and support approaches to youth care. To receive the funds, two cooperation agreements have been established.

The college decided to approve both cooperation agreements. The mayor authorized Alderman Toub of the Municipality of Eindhoven to sign both cooperation agreements.

Further development and availability funding Youth Protection Brabant (JBB).

Youth Protection Brabant executes approximately 68% of all youth protection measures in the province of North Brabant. In 2022, we worked on an administrative assignment to restore quality, staffing and organization.

The college decided to take note of the results achieved and the plan for further development. The college agrees to availability financing and reserves an amount of € 22,097.42 for 2023 for this purpose. The college will inform the council about this through a council information letter.

Request in principle for development Berg 62

A request in principle has been submitted for the location Berg 62 with the aim of changing the zoning plan to allow residential construction. Initiator would like to realize 16 (rental) apartments at this location where currently a commercial building stands.

The college has decided to grant its cooperation in principle with the start of a planning procedure for the establishment of apartments at location Berg 62. For this purpose, an anterior agreement and a planning compensation agreement will be concluded with the applicant prior to the spatial procedure.

Ensia WOZ 2022 administrative accountability report

The WOZ is part of the system of basic registrations. For these registrations, the municipality is legally obliged to complete an annual self-audit via the Uniform Standards Single Information Audit (hereafter: ENSIA). This provides an overview of the municipality's information security and allows the board to better manage and account to the city council and other stakeholders.
Information security is the set of measures, procedures and processes that guarantee the availability, exclusivity and integrity of information.

The college decided to approve the 2022 WOZ accountability report.

Answering written questions VVD on obligation of municipality exercise education

The VVD group has submitted written questions about the municipality's legal duty regarding exercise education.

The college agreed to the response letter.

Temporary portfolio allocation due to resignation of Alderman Housing and Spatial Development

The Alderman Housing and Urban Development resigned effective May 1, 2023. His portfolio has been temporarily divided among the other aldermen and the mayor pending the continuation.

The college decided to adopt the new temporary portfolio allocation and new replacement arrangements.
