Corona / Covid-19 hot spot
A hotspot is an event that results in conspicuous or intense interaction between government and residents or between residents. Hotspots should be identified by government agencies so that information related to the hotspots is permanently preserved. By identifying hotspots, information previously valued as "to be destroyed" is still preserved. By establishing this hotspot, we ensure that relevant information about corona/covid-19 is permanently preserved and available to interested parties.
The college decided to adopt the Corona / Covid-19 hot spot.
Housing ordinance 2024-2027 Nuenen
As of 2016, the municipalities in the SGE have a joint housing ordinance. In 2020, the current housing ordinance entered into force with a term until 2023. In 2023, discussions were held between the SGE municipalities and the housing corporations about updating the housing ordinance. Due to a number of issues that still need further elaboration and upcoming new legislation, it was decided to re-establish the content of the current Housing Ordinance in the Housing Ordinance 2024-2027. The council proposal 'Housing Ordinance Municipality of Nuenen c.a. 2024-2027' will be presented to the council for decision-making.
The college decided to adopt the terms of reference and mandate list for the purpose of implementing the Housing Ordinance and the Rules of Procedure for the Urgency Committee.
The council will be informed through a council information letter.
Objection decision rejecting enforcement request
On Dec. 27, 2022, a notice of appeal was filed against the Dec. 2, 2022, decision denying an enforcement request on the grounds of no violation.
The College decided to declare the objection, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, admissible and unfounded and to uphold the contested decision of December 7, 2022, rejecting a request for enforcement. The request for reimbursement of legal costs is denied.
Written questions on principles of the Monastery Garden Master Plan
Written council questions were asked about some of the assumptions in the development of the Monastery Garden Master Plan.
The college agreed to answer the written questions.
Environment permit Molekeslaan 1
An environmental permit has been requested by initiators to build a residential house at Molekeslaan 1 in Nuenen.
The College has decided to cooperate with the submitted application for an environmental permit, making use of the categories of cases designated by the City Council (council decision of September 24, 2020) for which no declaration of no objections is required.
The draft decision will be made available for inspection for 6 weeks. If no views are submitted, the requested environmental permit will be granted.
Written questions flex living in Nuenen c.a.
Written questions were submitted from the City Council on the subject of flex living.
The college agreed to answer the written questions.
Newest use MFA de Koppelaar foundation agreement
Newest Foundation and municipality should enter into a new agreement for the use of MFA de Koppelaar. The agreement gives the municipality more insight into the occupancy and operation of the accommodation.
The college approves the agreement and agrees to send a council information letter to the city council
The college decided that the mayor grant power of attorney to Alderman Löwik to sign the agreement.
Apply for Specific Allowance (SpUK) NIP - National isolation program
With the Specific Allowance (SpUk) Local Approach to Insulation, the municipality sets up its own insulation program for owner-occupied homes. The purpose of this program is to help owners of poorly insulated homes make their homes more sustainable. Our municipality can apply to Rijksoverheid until October 31, 2023, for an amount of €383,980 for the years 2023 and 2024.
The college approved the described insulation approach and the draft application. The Department Head of Development is mandated to submit this application on behalf of the college, with submandate to the Sustainability Policy Officer.
