Appointment of members of the Appeals Committee
The Appeals Committee advises the Executive Board on the handling of appeals. The chair and members of the committee are appointed by the Executive Board.
The board has decided to appoint one chairperson and four members. The individuals concerned will be notified by letter.
Appointment of members of grievance committee
The complaint committee is in charge of advising on complaints. The chairman and members of the commission are appointed by the college.
The board has decided to appoint one chairperson and five members. The vice chairperson will be appointed in consultation with the new members. Those concerned will be notified by letter.
Request for Approval of Expansion of the "Bijna Thuis" Home in Latesteyn
The palliative Health facility Health Thuis Huis Latesteyn has submitted a preliminary request to expand its location at Pastoorsmast 18 by two rooms. The Bijna Thuis Huis serves an important social purpose, and without this expansion, its continued existence is at risk. The requested expansion is possible through an amendment to the environmental plan, provided that the impact on the Brabant Nature Network is offset at another location.
The council has decided, in principle, to support the expansion of the Bijna Thuis Huis Latesteyn.
The city council will be informed of the proposed amendment to the environmental plan via a council information letter.
Participation and Communication Plan for the Package of Measures on Traffic Quality and Accessibility in Nuenen, Central Cluster
In the development and implementation of the package of measures for traffic quality and accessibility in Nuenen (Preferred Alternative: Bundle Routes), the participation and communication plan is being addressed in a systematic and structured manner, with a plan for each project cluster. A plan has now been developed for the Central cluster, focusing on the Gemert–Eindhoven fast cycle route between the Eindhoven municipal boundary (Dommel) and Smits van Oyenlaan–Papenvoortsedijk.
The municipal executive has decided to adopt the participation and communication plan for traffic conditions and accessibility in Nuenen, Central Cluster.
The city council will be informed of this via a council information letter.
The participation and communication plan will be posted on the municipal website.
Decision on objection
On December 2, 2025, the municipal executive decides, in accordance with the appellants’ request, to revoke the Social assistance benefit of September 1, 2025. On December 12, 2025, the municipal executive receives a notice of objection from the objectors against the aforementioned decision. The Appeals Committee recommends that the objection be declared manifestly unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.
Taking into account the advice of the Appeals Committee, the Municipal Executive has decided to declare the appeal manifestly unfounded and to uphold the contested decision of December 2, 2025.

The ONS Nuenen, Gerwen, and Nederwetten political group has submitted written questions regarding the bidding process for the Klooster project.
