Decisions on objection recovery decision.

In November 2024, two notices of objection were received against the decision of September 26, 2024, recovering an amount of €3,000 in forfeited penalties


The college decided to declare the two notices of objection, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, both admissible. The College decided to declare the objection of objector 1, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, well-founded and decided to recover €15,000 in forfeited penalties.
The College decided to declare the objection of objector 2, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, unfounded. 

Decision on objection rejecting enforcement request. 

On November 5, 2024, the college received a notice of objection to the September 26, 2024 decision denying an enforcement request. The Objections Committee recommended that the objection be declared admissible and unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

The college decided to declare the objection admissible and unfounded, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee. The college has decided to reject the request for reimbursement of legal costs.
