Adopt amendment plan Soeterbeekseweg 21 at Nuenen
The amendment plan ´Soeterbeekseweg 21 te Nuenen´ has been available for public inspection for six weeks. During this period one public view was submitted. The statement of views has been answered via a memorandum of views and has not led to any adjustments to the amendment plan.
The college has decided to adopt the amendment plan 'Soeterbeekseweg 21 in Nuenen' without any changes.
Council information letter on method of monitoring performance agreements
The VVD group has asked questions about the monitoring of the performance agreements. Through a council information letter, the college provides the city council with an answer to the
questions raised.

Annual child care supervision and enforcement report 2023
Municipalities are responsible for monitoring and enforcing the quality of child care. In this context, the college must report annually to the Inspectorate of Education. This annual report is sent to the council via a council information letter.
The college decided to adopt the Annual Report on Supervision and Enforcement of Childcare 2023 and send the attached council information letter to the council.
Project Collective funding of youth aid in educational time
The youth aid regions of Southeast Brabant strive for even better and more efficient cooperation between youth aid and education. Municipalities and the partnerships for appropriate education have therefore jointly started the project Collective Financing of Youth Aid in Education Time. This regional project focuses on schools for (secondary) special (primary) education in Southeast Brabant.
The college has decided to enter into the cooperation agreement "Collective financing of youth aid in educational time" with appendices between the 21 municipalities and five
partnerships appropriate education in Southeast Brabant. The mayor decided to authorize the Alderman social domain to sign the agreement on her behalf.
Decision on objection
Objector has objected to the decision on the establishment of two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles at the Kraanvogelhof in Nuenen.
The college has decided to declare the objector's objection admissible and unfounded and to uphold the contested decision, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee. The objector will be informed by letter.

Statute of limitations Collseweg 33 at Nuenen
The College decided to recognize the prescription of the ownership of Land at Collseweg 33 and cooperate in the transfer of the plot. The notary fees and land registry costs must be paid by the transferee.
Designate street name Tower Path
With the exception of the Tomakker-Beekstraat bike path, the remaining bike paths in Nuenen East have been named. These are the Kremerspad, Varenpad,
Nuenderbeeksepad, Looppad and Scheveldensepad. The bicycle path from the Tomakker to the Beekstraat, however, is to date nameless. It is proposed to name the bike path Tower Path.
The college decided to assign the street name Tower Path to the bike path in front of the Old Tower and the old cemetery.
Designate street name Dorthy de Rooijhof
A proposal has been received to establish a street name in memory of Nuenen organist Dorthy de Rooij (1946-2002) in view of her exceptional merits as a musician. She created a furor at home and abroad as an organist and composer and was counted among the top musicians in the Netherlands. Dorthy de Rooij was born in Nuenen and lived her entire life in Nuenen.
The college has decided to assign the street name Dorthy de Rooijhof to the new construction project near the Pastoor Aldenhuijsenstraat.
Designate street names Plan Kapperdoes
The Street Naming Committee recommends that the college designate two street names for the Kapperdoes plan (corner of Boord-Dubbestraat).
The college decided to designate the street name De Streep for the section in front of the road and to designate the street name Cambrethof for the courtyard.
May circular municipal fund 2024
The May Circular Municipal Fund 2024 was published after the preparation of the Framework Memorandum and the Spring 2024 Interim Report, and thus not incorporated into both documents. It was agreed that the council will be informed as soon as possible through a council information letter on the May Circular. The financial processing will be done with the 2nd interim report 2024 and the budget 2025.
The college decided to agree with the assumptions used for the May Circular 2024. The council information letter May Circular Municipal Fund 2024 can be sent to the council.
Notice of default failure to fulfill agreements from development and operating agreement Collse Hoefdijk 24
On July 6, 2022, a development and operating agreement was concluded with Collse Hoeve Project B.V. for the purpose of erecting a building for the purpose of housing labor migrants. To date, Collse Hoeve Project B.V. remains in default in fulfilling agreements under this agreement.
The college has decided to agree to send a notice of default.
